Wir sind Deutsche und leben in Spanien - allerdings sind die Prozesse einfach ganz anders als in Deutschland und daher war es für uns die beste Entscheidung, mit hipoteken zu arbeiten. Unser Ansprechpartner Alberto hat einen herausragenden Service geboten, war als Ansprechpartner immer da (selbst an Wochenende) und hat uns so durch den Prozess geleitet, dass diese (selbst für Einheimische) anstrengende Prozess glatt und zügig verlaufen ist! Wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Alberto und seinem Team bedanken und würden für zukünftige Projekte wieder kommen!

Our experience with Hipoteken has been extremely positive. Luis and Daniel are highly knowledgeable professionals who really know what they are talking about. They are able to explain what can sometimes be a complex subject in a clear and understandable way. Even more importantly, they are genuinely kind people who empathize with their clients.

In the end, our home-buying process on the Canary Islands took quite a long time due to factors beyond anyone's control, but the guys remained patient, supportive, and friendly throughout. But... we made it!
