Trying to get a mortgage in Spain when you don't live there is tough. I tried a couple of banks myself, but it didn't go well. I searched online for a mortgage advisor and found Hipoteken, and I'm so glad I did.

Daniel and Luis were great from the start. They listened to my situation, explained everything clearly, and told me what I needed to do. They were super efficient with their communication and with everything from the first call, especially since I was under pressure to buy the house within a deadline.

After finding the apartment we wanted in Valencia, we found it impossible to make contact with a Spanish bank to start mortgage discussions. Thankfully we found Hipoteken. Within a week we had received two great mortgage offers with the help of Daniel, with highly competitive rates and conditions that I doubt we could have secured by ourselves. Daniel expertly guided us through the whole process, and then Luis was also involved to set up the mortgage documents and liase with the bank (Abanca).
