Excelente trabajo realizado en conjunto con Luis y Alberto que han sido unos pilares mas que importantes para que la operación de nuestro cliente en común pueda concretarse satisfactoriamente, pendientes en todo momento y solucionando todos los problemas que se han cruzado en el camino. Daniel, Luis and the rest of the team have been absolutely fantastic! If you’re a expat buying a property in Spain and require a mortgage, this is the best company to use. Every step of the process we were fully supported and the team went over and above to assist.

Aunque debido a nuestra falta de experiencia en la gestión de los trámites previos no llegamos a firmar con Julio y el equipo de Hypoteken, la experiencia fue excelente. My wife and I had the privilege of working with the Hipoteken team to secure a mortgage for our new home in the beautiful area of Malaga, Spain. Throughout the entire process, Luis and Alberto consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided us with top-notch service. Their clear and engaging communication kept us well informed at every stage, and they patiently took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and provide detailed explanations of the various mortgage options available to us. Their dedication and expertise ultimately resulted in them securing our best possible mortgage offer. Our overall experience with Hipoteken was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their reliable and professional services to anyone needing mortgage solutions.

First, let me just say that if it weren't for Daniel Morante and Luis Grateron, we wouldn't have our home in Spain. Simple as that.

If your income comes from outside Europe (US, UK, etc) and if you are 55 years old and up, your options for securing a mortgage from a Spanish bank with anything like reasonable terms are very limited. This shouldn't be the case. We have great credit, no debt, and make a good living. We had no idea what we were in for, and we wasted SO MUCH time and energy applying with Spanish banks only to be offered unacceptable terms. So. Incredibly. Frustrating. Please don't make the same mistakes we did.

Daniel knows this market extremely well and directed us to great options we would never, ever have found ourselves. He introduced us to a bank with a loan that he has put members of his own family into.

Then Luis took over and walked us through every step in the process, even coordinating with our attorney, the staff at the bank, the notary, etc.

There was a day when I was so stressed out as the deadline for securing funding loomed that I almost lost it. Then the phone rang. It was Daniel's manager, who could "hear" the panic in my email and spent at least 30 minutes ... late on a Friday afternoon ... in Spain ( ... ahem) reassuring me that all would be well.

Top to bottom and all through the process, Hipoteken folks are great to work with -- a master class in knowing your business and in listening to, understanding, and ensuring that your customers' needs are met.

They are very knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. They communicate clearly and in detail. And everything has happened exactly as they said it would.
