Amazing experience with Daniel!
Daniel and his partner were incredibly helpful during my move. He was responsive and timely. I offered some direction for my belongings and then Daniel took the lead and handled everything with care and kindness. I highly recommend using Daniel for any move or task. Not happy .
We were told to purchase straps and blankets which we did . Movers that were sent did not use the straps and barely used the blankets some of my furniture has gauges in them ! I was not happy with the way they packed the trailer. They need more instructions on how to pack for long distance moves . Not happy ! Would appreciate you contacting me !

Did not meet time commitment stated they would be there later and then cancelled for the day. In addition, very difficult to get support day of incidence to resolve. No opportunity to call and get support that day.

Kathy, we do not do business the way your review suggests. The price you initially saw was based on the service provider you selected, but that provider did not have availability for the date and time you requested. The only provider who did have availability had higher rates, and we called to explain the difference in cost and left a voicemail asking you to call us back so we could review your options together.
Since we did not hear back from you, we were unable to assist with rescheduling your move, and the order was cancelled.
HireAHelper works hard to provide the best customer experience in our industry, and we are truly sorry we were unable to assist you in rescheduling your moving service.

The Pod was an absolute disaster
The Pod was an absolute disaster, items just shoved in and chairs just pulled in to of each other. A desk that i told them must be covered to prevent damage will need to be sanded and restored due to gouges and scratches.

While they were helpful getting the heavy stuff to the first floor, they did not utilize the space in the 16ft pod. They also packed some things that my wife said not too all the way in the back. In the end I had to rearrange the Pod myself.
