Booked Day Before and So Happy I Did!
I booked the day before a long distance move and am so happy I did! The process was very easy and I heard back from moving company the same night! It was overall an easy experience. I highly recommend Hire A Helper for anyone looking to get help moving.

Rescheduling
When I called to see about rescheduling my time for my movers I was told it would be no problem as long as I was willing to pay over $200 admin fee, which I thought was ridiculous.

Communications were not clear
Communications were not clear. They expressly told me if I had issues, to talk directly to the vendor but then they gave me a run around demanding to know why I hadn't called them when their own instructions said call the vendor. I had to reschedule and couldn't get through for a day and a half and because of that they said I had to pay a $95 processing fee for a job they wouldn't let me reschedule because they wouldn't answer their own phone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
