Great experience. Thanks Chris for his help. Everything ran smoothly.

Quick responses, really helpful. Made it so easy! Marcus Woods the name is hopefully everyone gets him replying

Be very careful of booking with this company as they will not refund any money should you cancel & we gave more than 24hrs notice. The Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebration were cancelled so we no longer needed the taxi which cost us £280

I used Hirego for a work trip for 15 people. When I asked for a quote Marcus replied very quickly and was in constant contact with me, he also called which was very important to me to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Keith was our minibus driver all weekend and he was also fantatsic & very professional! I highly recommed them and will be using them again in the future.

I used this company for the first time to book a six seater taxi from my house to Manchester Airport. I dealt with Khan who was extremely helpful when I booked. My booking was initially for the 10th October but my flight got cancelled due to Hurricane Milton I spoke to Khan who changed my booking to the 13th for the new flight. I was contacted the day before my travel date by the taxi firm who confirmed details, they turned up on time in a clean vehicle and very friendly driver. I had booked a return trip with HireGo and again they contacted me the day before my return flight to confirm details, and again the communication with the taxi firm was excellent. I was very impressed with the communication and overall service and would not hesitate to use HireGo again.

We recently hired Hirego Minibus & Coach Hire for the transportation needs of a Delegation visiting Belfast, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From start to finish, the team at Hirego was outstanding. Khan and Gary went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, displaying professionalism.

The vehicle provided was impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group’s needs. The driver was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area, making the travel experience seamless and enjoyable for

We highly recommend Hirego for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality transportation services. Thank you again for helping make our visit to Belfast such a success!

Driver was very good, on time. The journey went smooth. Definitely will be using the company again. Recommended.

The process to book and contacting the company was smooth and very easy. The drivers were very professional. We highly recommend the company and will definitely use again

HireGo is managing daily pickups for our team for the last 3 months. We are glad to be using their service. They cordinate with our team members on sms so communication is really smooth.

Quote was a little bit on higher side as compared to others but the vehicle condition was very good and the customer support was very responsive so we went for them. We are glad that we hired them.

Had a pleasant journey from Glasgow to Blackpool and return journey went to plan. We asked to change our return pick up time. This was dealt with without a hitch.

We had an event for 5 days with multiple teams needing pickups for all days, hirego team perfectly managed all airport pickups for us and did cordination for the entire event. The team also managed some unexpected flight delays for us. Highly recommended

Khan/Henry from Hire & Go

Just wanted to thank you so much for organising our minibus transport last night. All went very well. Robin - the driver was there waiting for us at the allotted time. He was friendly and had kept in touch with us which was great as it makes life less stressful all round.

We will have no hesitation in recommending your firm in the future and we will of course use you if we need to organise transport again.

Reliability and professionalism are what makes a good company to deal with and we had that using you guys.

Thanks
Helen

Great service for a big party (coaches to and from) and transport was on time and reliable. Chris was particularly helpful.

Thanks

The booking process was good and was kept informed throughout, would definitely use them again

Excellent service, really glad i booked with them for our wedding. Driver was friendly.

Great customer service, kept us informed and didn't charge us for change in pickup time.

The minibus was cleaned and well maintained and driver was friendly, turned up 10 minutes late but kept us informed

We had 2 different drivers. One for our way their and a different one on way back.
Both were so lovely and friendly. Kept asking were we ok. Was a 4 hour drive. Stop when kids needed the toilet/just to move a bit.
Play music, on the way down we had seats that recliner, so we really all enjoy them.
The bus was clean. Both of the drivers were really nice and friendly.
Will we using them again.
Kept in contact all the way before. Y booking.
The driver rings you or texts you the day before you leave.
Value for money. (We had a long drive so thought it was) super nice and really lovely.
Definitely used them again.

Really disappointed in our experience with this company whilst trying to book busses for our wedding. Their online quote offers 10% saving if you book within 12 hours, but they do not let you use this saving when you call to book. They will follow this first email with a more expensive quote and say you can't use the discount. We were speaking with Marcus who confirmed our dates and times and told he would speak with their drivers and come back to us about overall cost due to 'dead miles' and then we got an email from Ben just saying we can no longer accommodate your booking. Marcus seemed really helpful but then Ben got involved and was much less help. Very let down, and poor service from Ben.
