Scam, and sends rude emails.

They don't honor their advertised pricing. They charge you more than agreed on. ZERO TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!

To begin with I ordered 3 bottles of this cream. After seeing that they charged my credit card 0n 5 Mar I waited until 6 April and tried to contact them to see when I would receive my order. They never answered the phone so I sent an email the first attempt by email went unanswered. I sent a second email and received an email asking for my correct address, I sent my address again (I checked the original order to make sure I didn’t type it wrong; but it was correct. I thought maybe they didn’t send to PO Boxes so I sent my physical address. Then I received a email saying they were canceling my order and issuing a refund to may account. As of this date 25 May I have not received the product or a refund. This leaves me to think that this is not a trustworthy company and and it is just fraud.

Scam, waste of time. If you place an order they play 30 minutes of videos telling you not to exit or push the back button or you could be double charged. I ordered 2 and get the 3rd free and they doubled the price and setup a subscription which I did not want. Very disappointed, they target an older audience and deceive. DO NOT ORDER

Jars are really small compare to what they show us. You want to order two, you finish with 6 after 3 video forced to watch video. After two weeks of rubbing my back no change at all! Not a good buy, don't let them fool you!!!

I ordered the total relief cream for my uncle, and I have not received it yet. It took 6 days to create a label, and over 10 days after that, the product still has not gotten to the delivery company! From my perspective, this is a definite scam. They claim to ship in 24 to 48 hours. EDIT They finally got it to the shipping company, and it is on the way. If you don't pay their $9.95 VIP fee, looks like you are put to the very bottom of the list.

The price was actually in US dollars, and the size of the item was miniscule. An absolute have. DO NOt BUY this item. A complete scam.

I would give them negitive stars if I could. I ordered a 1 time order of 1 jar. Now I find out they entered me for a subscription and been charged for 3 subsequent jars, none of which I ever received. There is no way to contact this company. All phone numbers either do not answer or it appears someone pivks up but never answers - I suppose they pick it up and see how long you will wsit to silence. I've texted, I've written, i tried calling?. They are scammers and criminals!!! They are Frauds. If someone from this compamy wants to contact me, I welcome the call.

Not sure how legit this company is! Was placing an order and got cold feet and backed out of site, thinking I was erasing my info but the order got placed anyway! My credit card company actually called me within minutes stating a fraudulent charge had been placed, I asked them to put a hold on it and not to let it go through. The company proceeded to place order again and sadly went through. I have been trying to contact the company but phone numbers do not work and they will not respond helpfully to the provided email. They respond saying that they will respond in 24-48 hours but it has been 4 days now and nothing. I asked for return instructions and address but nothing!

I purchased three jars and it’s been almost two months and I haven’t seen my order. I emailed support and all I get is you will hear from us in 24-48 hours. I paid almost $200 and and I also called their number. You only get hung up on. I’m going to have to do a fraud case with my bank.

These people are frauds! They're advertising deceiving. I placed an order for 2 jars with the promotion of getting another jar for free.
The went ahead and billed me for THREE jars over $110.00. They have still not credited me my money. Wouldn't trust this company~!

They are fraud! They charged more than the deal! Never buying from them again so people be ware!

I purchased the cream and they said it cost 34.95 a jar with 6.95 shipping but my paypal account was charged 41.94 and 6.95 shipping. I did not try to resolve this issue and just knew I would not buy from them again. Then the next month I was charged the same amount for a new order I did not make. Contacted the company and they said I had a monthly subscription which I did not sign up for. The only resolution they would give was they would cancel my subscription and give me a refund of 20% on the second order and ship the second jar. They said it would take 5 to 10 days. It has been more than 20 days and no refund and no product. A total scam.

The first time I ordered I paid $58. and something to receive two jars. Only 1 was sent and I sent several emails asking about the other jar. Finally my account was charged $40 and something to receive another jar, which I have not received. I have ordered another jar because I am out and would like to continue to use it. It just appears that they debit your account and don’t send the product. I am now owed two jars and never received the full order the first time. Can’t find anyway to contact them and they don’t answer your emails!

I originally ordered one jar of HiRelief but they automatically put me on a subscription. I struggled to connect with anyone by phone or email, but finally told it had been cancelled two weeks ago. Now I have received a notice that they are sending me more. What a scam!

After a very negative first experience I posted a review. Only to discover today a subscription has been set up and a further $74 debited from my account. This company is unethical and opportunistic. Be warned before you are tricked. The product is not effective as advertised and false advertising is the practice.

went from 1 star to 5 stars because aga ceo and co founder of hi relief found my review and is ha ndling it personally!!!
in my mind for a ceo of the company to get involved in this is absolutely wonderful...it shows me that he is honest and caring about his business... he is giving me a refund and doesn't want the product back
I would not hesitate to do business with hirelief again!!!
