Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! The Charizard and Togepi lamps are beautiful and even better than I expected. The quality and attention to detail are fantastic. They made my 6-year-old daughter's birthday extra special, and she absolutely loves them. Highly recommend Hirosart!

Ordered in beginning of June, curious on how the quality and legitimacy of the product was, and honestly forgot about it for awhile, got the shipment not too long ago and it arrived today.
overall im happy with the quality and the lamp is clear, not clouded.
Local carriers were responsible for a delay in delivery by a day.
Will be looking to order another one before long.

Fast delivery with issues
Delivery was fast, and the lamps I ordered were securely packaged. The lamps themselves are very beautiful. Undfortunately, there are fingerprints visible on the inside of one of the lamps that cannot be wiped off, as they appear to be embedded in the resin. On a second lamp, there is a small imperfection on the outside and the wooden base was simply included as an insert rather than being firmly attached to the lamp. These issues should normally have been caught during thorough inspection.
It's a real shame! :-/

Not with the poor service
I ordered using a Mother’s Day coupon on 4/23. Based on the coupon, I was expecting that I was on the same page with the store… this was a Mother’s Day present and that’s when it would be delivered.
I heard nothing so I emailed on 4/29.
I received a response on 5/4 saying that they were on holiday from 4/30 to 5/3. Nothing was said about what happened from 4/23 to 4/30.
As of today, the tracking information continues to indicate that the package has not been received by the shipper.
I can be patient, but the store has just blown me off. No real information, no updates.
It’s disappointing to not be valued as the customer.

Because our items are carefully handcrafted, they require a dedicated production time, and our recent holiday unfortunately pushed our schedule back further than expected.
Your order was shipped on May 13th. Currently, the package is in transit from our workshop to our US shipping hub. Once it arrives in the US and is handed over to USPS, the tracking link will update immediately. We expect it to be delivered to you within the next 10 – 12 days. Unfortunate
Unfortunately very bad experience. Super cool product and website is good but communication and shipping is very poor. I ordered late January and I have been waiting until now because I know it could take a while to ship from Vietnam (?). I didn’t even get confirmation for my payment. I was about to complain and ask for a refund but then it told me the order was processed. Excited, I tried the tracking number and that doesn’t even work even after 3 days. Maybe I did not read the website properly but I thought it would take 6-12 business days. I didn’t think it would take over 2 months. I understand things can take a while but communication could be very very helpful and put me at ease more.

Well worth the money

I can't recommend them enough the lamps look absolutely incredible. I will be purchasing again and probably going for the largest size as they so amazing and well detailed I think it's worth the money. Makes an incredible gift or giving your own space a bit of personality
