Zborul meu a fost modificat de 4 ori, iar în final, deși era programat la ora 14:00, am decolat abia la 16:00. O zi întreagă de concediu s-a dus din cauza lipsei lor de organizare și respect față de pasageri. Foarte dezamăgitor!

Am călătorit de la Timișoara la București, zborul H40256, cu această companie.
Am întâmpinat întârzieri la decolare de aproximativ 30 de minute fără ca cineva să spună scuze sau că le pare rău. Nu ar fi o problemă atât de mare partea asta ,sa zicem.
Scaunele erau pătate, jegoase și cu suprafețe iregulate pe partea de șezut din cauza uzurii extreme. Mocheta de jos din avion era de asemenea uzată și schimbată doar o bucată din ea, diferita ca și aici originală.
Aterizarea a fost ok.
Hisky primiti nota 1 din pricina faptului că nu vă interesează confortul și curățenia în avionul dumneavoastră., sa schimbati niște scaune, mochetă sau sa oferiti curățenia adecvata! Sper că macar reviziile avioanelor să le faceți la timp si să nu puneți în pericolul viețiile oamenilor.

Nous avons pris un vol Bucarest - Oradea avec HiSky. Nous devions avoir le vol à 10h30 mais a été décalé à 18h30. Le depart devait être pour 18h30 mais nous sommes partis 10 minutes plus tard, ce qui en soit peut arriver. Toutefois les hôtesses ne sont pas aimables. De plus à l’atterrissage nous avons freiné tellement fort que nous étions tous accrochés fortement à nos ceintures de sécurité, ce qui ne m’est jamais arrivé. Une odeur de brûlé s’est également fait ressentir. Je déconseille fortement.

We also had to pay for the check in at the airport, because our free online check in was not available, what a scam. HiSky are a fraudulent company
HiSky are a fraudulent company that will cancel or change your flight and refuse to issue a refund. We had a flight booked from Verona to Chisinau Moldova. The flight time was changed on two separate occasions each time with an option to request a refund. We made alternative arrangements after the second change and requested a refund. After 3 emails spanning over 6 weeks, we've had no response. HiSky are simply ignoring us. We'll now lodge a complaint with ActionFraud in the UK.
Bad service
I had paid 180 eur for a one way trip without checked-in luggage, for a very “low cost” experience. Normally airlines within this price range provide a free glass of water. HiSky failed to even SELL me water: all of a sudden the whole bar is cash only! I ended up being thirsty for over 3 hours.
Do not respect the obligations they have about passengers !
I encountered a flight delay on the 4th of July, I contacted them about my rights and still not get any answers from them. It would be better to directly go to the court instead of wasting your time doing things correctly.

I bought tickets from this company. I needed to cancel. They didn't respond to me for over a month. I wrote emails. So I tried to contact them on Facebook in the end. They did nothing and blocked me everywhere.

A little more than a month before my flight, they canceled it. I had to send many emails asking for a refund before I got an answer. Luckily I was able to book another flight on another airline. Never again would I book with them

Absolutely the Worst Airline Experience I've Ever Had
HiSky is hands down the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with. They canceled my flight from Bucharest to NYC last minute with zero explanation or support. Because of this, I had to cancel multiple connecting flights—costing me time, money, and an entire trip that took months to plan.
Customer service? A complete joke. The person I spoke with was literally chewing food while talking to me—unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it. No solution, no real apology, just dismissiveness and attitude.
Avoid this airline at all costs. I wouldn't trust them to handle a bus ride, let alone an international flight. Never again.

HiSky cancelled my flight due to operational reasons. In an email, they advised me to contact them to update my ticket for another date, but no contact details were provided. Seeking a full refund, I visited their website only to discover that their only phone numbers are Romanian or Moldavian. Despite calling both numbers, I received no answers. These calls from the UK cost me nearly £40. I then tried their chatbot, and received a confirmation email stating that I would receive a full refund within 30 business days. However, after six weeks, I’m still waiting for the refund. No communication, no customer service, just high frustration. Avoid them at all costs…

Extremely Disappointing Experience with HiSky – Not Worth the Money
We flew with HiSky from Dublin to Iași, Romania, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing.
To start, the flight was delayed — which, unfortunately, seems to be standard. The aircraft itself was tiny, probably the smallest I’ve ever been on. As an average-sized woman (168 cm tall, 55 kg), I felt cramped the entire flight. There was barely any legroom, and the passenger behind me kept kicking my seat. There was nothing I could do because they clearly had no space either. It made the journey very uncomfortable.
We had pre-ordered two meals, which turned out to be just basic sandwiches and drinks. When I went to pay, I was told they only accept cash. This was not communicated at any point before boarding, and it should have been. Passengers need to know this in advance so they can prepare. Being stuck on a flight without cash and no way to pay for your food is simply unacceptable.
What really stood out in the worst way was the rudeness of the flight attendant, Eudochia. She was abrupt, dismissive, and repeatedly spoke to me in Russian and Romanian, refusing to speak English despite this being an international flight. When I tried to ask questions or get clarification, she just shrugged and said, "Only cash." No explanation, no apology, no attempt to help — just a cold, rude attitude that left me shocked.
Overall, HiSky offered terrible customer service, uncomfortable planes, and unprofessional staff. For a flight that wasn’t even cheap, the experience was far below even basic standards. I will definitely not be flying with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
