Excellent service , on time (early) no mess , explained the process and demonstrated how to fit and remove swan neck .

The fitter, Mark, arrived in the time scale promised, installed it in a professional and speedy manner, great job!

Contacted Hitched Towbars and within a week and a half they were round installing. Absolutely amazing customer service. On the morning of our fitting I was informed when they would be here. A lovely polite man James. He was brilliant, all fitted and fully shown how to use it as we had been supplied with a detachable which was a lovely surprise.
Fantastic from start to finish will definitely be recommending!! Thank you so much.

Contacted them for quote for TowBar. After talking to Kieran he asked to see photos. After seeing photos he let us know that the fittings we had looks like it’s a detachable towbar and said look in your car to see if you can find the neck. After looking we found the neck and no need to buy a towbar. Just wanted to say a huge thanks as this has saved us hundreds of pounds. Nice to see that there are still honest people out there and would recommend this company to anyone.

Communications were brilliant and kept us informed about our tow bar, they fit on the driveway of our home making the entire process so easy. We got a text the day before with a rough time of arrival. Brandon text on the morning to confirm actual time and was on time. Brandon was great, his work was very thorough and he was very tidy too. Took less time than expected and all was done and able to pay on the driveway once the work was completed. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you Brandon & team for a smooth transaction throughout fitting our lovely new tow bar.

I called in a bit of a panic as I needed a towbar supplied asap and it was proving impossible to get hold of. Kieran was so amazingly helpful, he sourced the towbar i needed and it arrived 24 hours later. Unfortunately they couldn't fit us in to fit, as I was needing it asap but Kieran gave me a courtesy call and did offer me an alternative date. Talking to Kieran filled me reassurance on a couple of issues I had, and he is a real credit to this company. Thank you again for your help.

I couldn't be happier with the tow bar installation. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I was amazed that there was no need to cut the bumper, and the finished job looks fantastic-it's so neat you'd hardly know it was fitted afterwards.
What really stood out was the care and attention to detail. The fitter treated my car as if it were his own, taking real pride in his work and making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone who is so conscientious and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do.
