Excellent service by Hitched Towbars & their fitter, Mark.

Turned up when they said they would, fitted it quicker than their quoted time. Explained how it worked and how it operates, can’t fault them.

From start to finish amazing service, Mark came to the house introduced himself friendly and thorough, explained everything couldn’t be happier,

The fitter explained everything that he was doing and took the time to show us how to use the towbar.

Good website. Was quick to respond to request. Competive price. Engineer Mark was polite.proffessional and explained the process.Once finished demonstrated all working right.

Fantastic experience with Hitched Towbars. Fitters arrived shortly after estimated time, set to work immediately. Worked professionally and quickly with no disruption to ourselves. Job was finished within 90 mins to a very high standard. Would recommend the company to anyone. Good communication throughout.

Contacted Hitched towbar for a new towbar and an Anderson lead. Other companies we spoke could not install an Anderson lead. James arrived as planned installed the towbar and also told me that this is the first Anderson lead he had fitted. Unlike the other companies James and Kieran researched Anderson leads to be able to fit and add to their services. James did a great job, he took his time and completed a very good job. Highly recommended.

I want to just take a moment to thank hitched for their support yesterday. I emailed with a minor Towbar issue with the detachable Towbar fitted a few weeks ago (nothing to do with hitched's installation or anything they'd done). I think, within the hour I was contacted by one of their team and he talked me through some potential solutions and whilst he was there, on the phone, we managed to fix it. It was prompt, friendly, knowledgable service with a great outcome and left me so pleased that I used your company in the first place. Thank you so much hitched - recommended!

Arrived on time and all fitted to a professional standard, everything went smoothly and up and running.

I have to say these guys are amazing! I had a tow bar fitted today by Mark all went well apart from a light on the dash showed an error, he stayed for well over his time trying to fix it to no avail! I get a call back from Kieran saying he knows what the problem is and drove all the way back to sort it!

Texted the sunday before with an estimated arrival time and a precise time that morning. Brandon was friendly and completed the job without issue. Gave a us a full demo before leaving. Would definitely recommend.
