I purchased an expensive, high-end 1/6 scale figure. Since it was from JND, it was extra-premium. However, the price was still competitive and after a quick message to the shop it was confirmed to be in stock by Aaron.

He was quick to respond and helpful throughout. Only a few days after the purchase the item arrived well packaged and properly declared for tax purposes. By that I mean the correct form was attached to the package for easy declaration and frictionless import from the UK to Germany. Zero issues.

I ordered the Wolf and the Fox from Bad Guys as my daughter loves the movie. I’m so glad I did as I’ve seen nothing like them anywhere else. Definitely worth the wait from pre-order. Great service, arrived as expected and kept updated throughout.

I have placed a preorder with my address and the order pushed thru. However, by the time that the item is due to be delivered, the system now indicates that they cannot deliver to the address provided. No costumer service availableat all. I have then emailed them and was informed m, electronically, that they usually respond after 24-48h but no response at all. Thankfully, I havent paid the full price yet. This site is a scam

Downgrading to 2 stars as of 03-Feb-2026 (generated a new review as paid order dates back to 07.02.2025!!!).

Almost a year ago I've started asking for my MMS633 shipping date while order being fully paid.
And here we are today, still no MMS633 in sight😒

Multiple follow ups, and now I'm down to asking for full reimbusrment as I can't seem to get any other option.
Last reminder was sent the 15-Jan-2026 (2 reminders sent since beginning 2026), and no sign from Vendor.

I've been with Aaron from the very beginning hes always done his best by us price and quality as he got more busy it is hard to get ahold on him but when we do any problems I have or questions he will answer as soon as he can

Well. I paid for my item. I got my item. Whilst Planet Action cannot be responsible for lead times or delays, they could at least correspond about this. It seemed that as soon as I paid it was forgotten about. Obviously it was not and I got the item eventually, but a little leg work on Customer service would go a long way to abate any confusion or frustration.

Reliable, highly recommended! I am very happy to have my item received.

I had pre-ordered a Hot Toys figure but due to Hotmail/Outlook email issues, I unfortunately never received my email to make my final payment due. Aaron was responsive throughout and tried to order me another, unfortunately no more were in stock. Despite the non refundable refund policy, Aaron made things right and provided a refund of my deposit due to these technical issues.

This speaks volumes for a company that are genuinely trying to do right by their customers, I will be ordering in the future. I just hope that the deadpool figures come back in stock!

Incredible company in fact I have used over 30 different collectables companies in the past and these are by far the best on the business, no query is too small always got time for you and the preorders arrive earlier than everywhere else amazing and well deserves 10 stars

Had me off for over £900 for a set of Star Ace Ghostbusters Figures, ordered in November 2024. Kept claiming a delay in the product being launched and now keeps ghosting all my attempts to contact them. Having to report to Action Fraud, Trading Standards and my bank to try and recover my losses.

Edit: Order has now been cancelled with no communication but they refuse to refund the deposit despite no product ever being available to buy. Avoid this site!! Very untrustworthy and sly.

Over two years later (will be 3 years in May) pre-order that’s fully paid, No Item delivered - no communication, No response to emails.

How do I speak to someone about cancelling my order? £279 out of pocket and no-one is answering my emails.

Initially was very impressed with the promptness and helpfulness of the communication when initially placing my order.

Now I understand delays happen so when release date was pushed back, I accepted that sometimes this happens but February ‘25 came and went. No acknowledgment of delay, and no response to my email querying when I should expect it.
The website shows the item as sold out and hasn’t updated since expected shipping date of February ‘25

Have since emailed again requesting refund. A week later and still nothing.

Left me feeling both embarrassed that I allowed this to continue for so long but also infuriated that communication has essentially been ignored.

Being a nice and understanding chap, I hate leaving poor reviews, but what choice do I have in this instance…
I’ve basically been scammed out of £279 quid -
A simple email response to any of my emails explaining what was happening would have avoided a 1star review but I guess when you’ve made £279 pure profit, a 1 star review is a small price to pay.
