Anna was great helping me with the process and was patient, very knowledgeable and really helpful. The item arrived quickly and well packed. I have not yet fully unpacked it or set it up and used it due to some remodeling at the house.

broken cartridge
6 months ago i purchased some equipment from the Glasgow store both members of staff Jesse and Anna were amazing and helped me make the 4 hour round trip worth the drive . 6 months later i had broken the cantilever on the cartridge i bought but with the help of the team again i was able to get a pre owned cartridge fitted within my budget . Thanks again for all of your help.

Recent Power Block/Cable Upgrade
I have procured a few items from Glasgow Audio. The GA Team always provide an excellent service; qualified information, friendly service, time and room to listen to equipment and consider options. My recent purchase of a power block and power cable integrates well into my system and performs as Jesse suggested it would. I would recommend Glasgow Audio highly to anyone interested in audio or audio visual kit.
