From the very start, Glasgow Audio have been completely professional and supremely helpful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provided superb advice and ideas to help me get to perfect solution. Website was good to use
Website was good to use, however the delivery time quoted was misleading in saying 2-4 days. It actually took nearer 10 days to receive my package and it never came by the carrier that I was expecting.
I think I would have been better collecting direct from the shop.

“I don’t want to spend a fortune……”
The guys at Holburn Hi Fi were fantastic from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and in simple terms which I really appreciated as I was lost amongst all the info I had seen online. I wanted a decent set up without getting too carried away. There was no hard sell and certainly an understanding of my budget. I can’t recommend Holburn Hi Fi highly enough. Thanks to Ian, Sam and Christian.

One of the few audio companies still left that take time and care to help match your requirements and budget to their carefully selected products rather than simply trying to sell you their highest margin products or trying to convince you that snake oil is not in fact snake oil!!

Best customer experience I’ve had by far.
Had a phenomenal experience with Holburn online so far. Honestly, cannot find a single fault when purchasing goods from this company.
Had a small hiccup with an order but Jesse & Anna assured me they were always on top of things. Replying back to emails within the hour, giving constant reassurance - couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Will absolutely shop with Holburn again, cannot recommend enough!

Faultless customer service
Called the Glasgow store first thing on Saturday morning asking for cartridge advice for my turntable.
Long story short - I was in the car and on my way to the shop and Jesse provided me with non-pushy advice and I left a brand new cartridge which he set up and calibrated for me.
I can't fault his customer service. A credit to the company.
