Poor quality trousers, difficult after sales
I ordered two trousers. One was fine. The other was badly sown - so that your hand couldn't fit in the pocket - and had a zip with no pocket behind it. I contacted Holdonmy. I set out with photos what was wrong and I asked for a refund. They responded quickly. But at first they said if I didn't like them I could give them to someone else! Then they offered me a coupon to spend on something else of theirs. Finally they agreed to a give me a refund which was actually more than I had paid. So, quality poor, after sales was tricky but the eventual outcome okay. I wouldn't use them again.

My wife bought trousers
My wife bought trousers. They were to small.
Asked for a return slip and replacement trousers one size bigger.
They replied that the cost for us to return the item would be too high. They suggested I give the trousers to someone as a gift? but would give us 20% off next order.
Wont be a next order. Keep telling my wife to use Shein or Temu returns are free.

I ordered a dress from this company. In the UK I am either a size 14 or 16 max. As I'd never bought from them before I ordered a 16 to be safe. It arrived yesterday I couldn't even get it past my chest more like a 10! What a waste of money!

No progress....small claims court for me !!!
So.... I've received another 3 auto generated emails ....telling me the good news that ive received my product ....the tracking number shows the product has been delivered to an address in Hounslow ( LONDON) I live in Newry Northern Ireland. The saga with this company goes on and on ....I'm afraid its the small claims court for me .....22 wmails is quite enough ......do NOT waste your hard earned money with this lot .....shop somewhere where yiur money wont be stolen !!!!

FLIMSY QUALITY, DOES NOT MATCH PICTURES ADVERTISED
Wish I had read the reviews before buying... I ordered a few sets of clothing from this website on the 26th of December. Firstly, only part of my order arrived, which was already a bad start. Secondly, the clothes were of quite bad quality, feeling flimsy, thin, and very synthetic, contrary to what I had seen on the advertised pictures.
Customer service has been useful, as I had accidentally ordered an incorrect size, and they managed to arrange for that to be corrected, and I have not received a refund for that yet, Still pending.
