Sam was very helpful and patient

Do not be fooled by their price match promise, they simply cannot beat on the beach prices but they advertise that they will price match. They do this to attract customers but when you try price natch, they say that this option on their system not there. They are trying to go off the good name of on the beach.

I made a booking on behalf of someone but mistakenly entered the wrong surname. I immediately sent an email about the error. I was contacted by Martin, who helped to resolve the issue. Martin was very helpful and professional as he explained every detail to me in making the correction, and checked that it was alright with me. Excellent customer service, and I'm fully satisfied.

Sam was very pleasant, She was very apologetic about a small increase in our holiday booking

It was my first time booking a holiday over the phone, and Martin Kavanagh made it a very easy and pleasant experience. They were very busy, so rather than waiting on the phone for ages, he told me he would call me back in 30mins, and he did just that. It was very quick and easy and I got everything booked and recieved emails with all my documents within 30 minutes after the call. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

I wanted a last min holiday (flying the next day) Martin was absolutely amazing in making sure I got a holiday. Super polite and friendly. Service was efficient confirmation came through within 20mims. Came by holiday gems website by chance but I am glad I did. Can not recommend enough. Thank you.

What a disorganised company, tried to check in with their reference three times before our flight.
Customer service said not a problem just arrive at check-in and be sorted - yes £120 later because no luggage allowed on the ticket.
On original email advised that tickets would be emailed - nothing if i had been given them prior to our flight i would have found out.
Not a good way to start a holiday.

Sam did a fantastic job arranging the hotels for our trip. The choices were excellent—comfortable, well-located, and perfectly suited to our needs. Everything was organized smoothly, which made the whole travel experience much easier and more enjoyable for the rest of us.
It was clear that Sam put a lot of thought and effort into finding the best options, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. Thanks to Sam, we didn’t have to worry about accommodation at all and could simply relax and enjoy the trip. Great work and much appreciated!

Sam called me with an update and was very helpful finalizing all the paperwork. Only gets four stars as she told me that the total had gone up £30. But not really her fault is it.

The website is well designed and quite easy to navigate.
The seperate elements of flights, seats, baggage, hotels, and transfers are costed clearly, giving a reliable total cost.
One small criticism is that the session timing out is a bit quick for one finger typing. We're not all Gen Z!
Sam was extremely helpful and understanding following a problem with payment, caused by poor scrolling, resulting in my payment not being confirmed. Mea culpa!
