Martin provided outstanding service from start to finish. He went to great lengths to help me secure a fantastic deal on a hotel that I had been struggling to book anywhere else.

He was incredibly patient, helpful, and insightful throughout the whole process. His communication was excellent — he spoke with me on multiple occasions today and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions.

I had originally planned to book with On the Beach, but the lack of access to a human to speak to (on the phone or on webchat) before booking meant I couldn’t get the answers I needed. Martin at Holiday Gems really demonstrated how much the personal touch matters.

Thanks to him, the whole booking process felt smooth, stress-free, and I now feel confident and well-informed and excited about our holiday.

Price etc was great, booking flights and seats and transfers all good. If I had one niggle, it would be to make it much more clearer to go straight to the airline your flying with to get your boarding passes

After booking online I had a phone call from Sam to go through our booking and confirm all the information. We have never booked with holiday gems before but they were the cheapest for the hotel we chose and we will definitely be back.

Holiday Gems website is very easy to navigate, I’d spent a good few hours looking for deals with various booking companies and found holiday gems to have the best deals by far, once booked I spoke with one o the reps Sam who was very helpful in finalising the booking

Normally use love holidays and will be going back to love holidays. Booked our holiday at 3pm today by 7pm we get a phone call saying we need to pay 20pp more as the holiday has gone up. When I went back onto there website the holiday is still coming up at the price we originally paid absolute joke
