Easy choice
After many on-line searches I eventually found Holiday Safe. Very easy to get a quote and very favourable pricing. Of course I hope that I never have to use them, but isn't that what insurance is all about.

Absolutely unusable website
I have used them before and they were excellent... this time I tried FIVE TIMES to get an online quote. Each time it either:
Wouldnt allow me to correct an incorrect answer
Would allow me but then locked up
Didnt let me add fellow traveller medical details (despite showing on query
gave a policy without fellow traveller ...
Appears to have very 'bug ridden' coding....
Definitely a retrograde step from last years experience..

Renewal of travel insurance
I requested a telephone call and was given a 2 hour window. I was telephoned well within that period and a very helpful lady talked me through renewing my policy which I decided to do.

Completed but a long winded experience.
The person dealing with my experience was pleasant and helpful. It takes a long time to go through everything which can be a bit frustrating and time conduming!
The seemed very exoensive to start with but eventually managed to get it down a bit.

This is the second time purchasing holiday insurance from this company, I left a review following my first experience regarding the process of obtaining a quote via the phone and it was responded to in detail. My second experience was much better.

Good value for money
Easy to purchase online and covered my medical conditions thoroughly. Very good price when compared to what some companies wanted, one would not even insure me. Only wanted cover for a short UK break and easy to find.

Bring back west malling and drop the silly title
I have been very happy with holidaysafe for several years,but it now appears one must talk to India rather than Malling,and although the young lady was perfectly understandable she seemed to lack any medical knowledge and seemed to be operating by rote eventually forwarding a previous quote followed by the current policy but with an incorrect birth date

We do have both a UK and an internationally based call centre, both trained to the same standard. It is appreciated there may be some apprehension when dealing with an internationally based team but please be assured all agents are trained to deliver the same level of service, regardless as to where they are based.
If you prefer, you can request to speak with our UK team but the internationally based team are more than capable of assisting.
