Это прекрасное место, удобное месторасположение , чувствуется что у комплекса есть хозяин, начиная с продуманной каждой мелочью в квартире, заканчивая каждодневной уборкой и обслуживанием Территории. Работника каждый день обслуживали места общего пользования, бассейн идеальный( жезлонги, зонты) все новое . Убирали лифты, мыли двери , . Вообщем за многочисленные наши поездки , мы впервые были удивлены столь низкой ценой и внимательным отношением к гостям. Мы вернемся именно сюда .
Многих беспокоит стройка за окном, но это для нас не было проблемой, так как встаем рано и в целом шум нас не смущал. Нам продлили пребывание , за что огромная благодарность, так как наш самолет был вечером. Вообщем 10 из 10, для нашей семьи. Еще хочу отметить количество чистого белья и полотенец хорошего качества 🩷✅

Сминали отличные апартаменты на Сурине, все просто четко и понятно, бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Все чистое, свежее. Мы остались довольны отдыхом

Отзывы обычно не пишу, но прочитал незаслуженные (на мой скромный взгляд) письмена в адрес Holy Cow и решил поделится своим мнением. Итак, останавливались дважды с семьей в апартаментах Ocean Stone на Банг Тао - отличная локация, хорошие апартаменты и внимательное отношение персонала HC к себе. Заселение прошло штатно и доброжелательно, уборки вовремя и также профессионально. Каких-то трудностей не было, однозначно рекомендую эту команду!!!

I was misled about the insurance. Their manager, Dina, wrote that there wasn't a single company in Phuket that offered premium car rental insurance (PCDW/PLDW, roughly speaking).

It's a shame the company representative was so deceiving.

Especially since the company positions itself as a reputable company with excellent expertise.

The guest care really stood out to me. Every question was answered quickly, and my stay felt smooth and well-organized from check-in to check-out.
