Item delivered was not as advertised. The so called nail clippers were simply a mechanical nail file. They do not clip nails!

Good product does what it says it will do. Also communication was good all the way.

Homdi fails to advertise that they ship from China, which is fine, but one should be able to see this on their site so they can make a concrete decision on whether to risk or wait on a product from China. This explains why they don't let you know how long it might take to receive your purchase, either during the ordering process or after.

Their tracking links never work, and you fight with their “security authentication” feature, which doesn't work; you cannot see your order. This is clearly a red flag, but at this point, you're screwed.

They sent my items to an incomplete address. When I noticed that their platform did not transcribe part of the my address, my email went unanswered.

Finally, approximately a month after ordering, I received a templated email that item was shipped to me, and they delivered via an “unknown” carrier to an “unknown” address with no evidence of delivery. I sent countless emails to get someone to reply and no one replies.

This was money lost and no item to show for it. I will be reporting this to UK consumer authority, for there is no doubt I am not the only one who receives no reply to their bogus customer service email address.

It is time the UK and other counties block these Chinese companies from doing misleading advertisement and selling, it is also a shame that legit platforms, like YouTube, Google are allowing them to advertise on their platforms with no accountability.

This is one matter I will not be dropped until they learned their lesson.

I ordered a toe nail clipper but was charged for 2.I have tried to get a refund but my requests have gone unanswered.

Beware one touch on the wrong button and you get three of the things ,all of which turned out to be rubbish that would not work because it would not charge.would I buy From these people again ?

Item arrived within expected shipping time (from China), was as per advert and order, and so I'm 100% happy with my purchase, the service I received, and the product quality is bang-on. After I ordered, I thought I'd check how it would be delivered, and found a rash of bad feedback for this supplier. People not allowing for a reasonable delivery time etc etc etc. My own experience was absolutely fine - no different to ordering anything from AliExpress or Temu for example. So - to conclude - I thoroughly recommend this company.

Very good item for space saving in storage containers

Very easy ordering processed and items delivered well packaged and in good time.
Products, which were under cupboard lighting are exactly what I needed.

Bought a foundation stick that goes on white and is supposed to change to match skin tone. Adverts showed it blending in easily with integrated brush. I expected it to be creamy. It was thick and claggy, hard to put on and didn't blend at all easily.Total rubbish, will never buy make up from here again.
In addition, the follow up email to leave a review here, if you click on one two or three stars the link does not bring you to the review page!
