Simple, pratique et efficacité sont les 3 mots d'ordre pour la Baristina de Philips. Pour celles et ceux qui veulent un bon expresso (ou un allongé) sorti de buse sans aucune prise de tête.

Évidemment pour les plus puristes d'entre nous, je ne l'a conseille pas dû à sa trop grande simplicité et donc son manque de réglages mais pour les consommateurs simple qui veulent juste déguster un bon produit rapidement et simplement, foncez !

Schnelle Lieferung, gutes Produkt.

Ich habe die Heißluftfriteuse für meine Mutter gekauft. Sie ist 80 Jahre alt. Eine Gebrauchsanleitung gibt es nur in Bildern, die nicht ausreichend sind. Auf dem Gerät sind bei den Auswahlpunkten ebenfalls Bilder, die auch nicht eindeutig sind. Sehr schade und traurig. Meine Mutter wird sicherlich keine App dafür herunterladen. Bitte denken Sie auch an die ältere Generation. Aus Sicht des Herstellers ist bei dieser Ausfertigung eine ausführliche Anleitung nicht notwendig. Für unsere älteren Menschen ist das alles nicht mehr so selbstverständlich und wäre sehr hilfreich. Auch ich kann mit den Bildern auf dem Gerät auch nichts anfangen.

Philips 7000 series irons x2. Purchased 1st iron in August 2024 - almost exactly 12 months later the "auto cut-off" started cutting off after 15s of normal use. Contacted customer services & got a helpful person that apologised & sent me a replacement iron. All good (apart from the iron failure!). Roll forwards exactly 12 months and the replacement iron failed in a different way - this is an iron with a TWO YEAR WARRANTY. The iron went "pop" and the circuit breakers tripped the whole house electricity supply. This time I get the AI on WhatsApp & then apparently a person. This conversation lasts about 3 hours on & off & culminates in my being asked to plug the offending iron in again whilst it stands on a damp towel - dodgy I thought. Guess what, the element has gone and whilst the "on" light comes on, it doesn't get hot or even warm. OK they will repair it & it will take 10 days & another department will contact me about this.
Massively inconvenient to be 10 days without an iron. Even more massively inconvenient is that NO ONE has been in touch about sending the iron back for repair.
I've bought a new iron, it isn't a Philips, it will never again be a Philips.
DO NOT BUY A PHILIPS IRON. Customer services are impossible to reach, the products are not reliable.

UPDATE: this review elicited a response from Philips that indicated they would examine what had happened & get back to me - must be complicated then as 2 more working days have gone by since their reply. Tick tock, still waiting.....

Vor meiner ersten Bestellung über Zubehör für den Floor Cleaner OneUp, den wir geschenkt bekommen haben, hat mir Ihre Website empfohlen, mich zu registrieren zu lassen um 10% Rabatt zu bekommen. Die Anmeldung hat geklappt, auch die Bestellung, jedoch wurde der Rabatt nicht berücksichtigt und nicht abgezogen. Ein Chat hat absolut nicht hingehauen, die imaginäre "Person" kam überhaupt nicht damit zurecht. Danke, das war's für mich...
Ich werde mich dann wieder abmelden und anderswo kaufen.

Sono cliente da anni, ed anni fa era davvero un'ottima garanzia, oggetti ben fatti, qualità, assistenza, non economici ma assolutamente affidabili, adesso che è stata venduta all'ennesima holding Cinese qualità e servizio sono colati a picco, dovrebbero smettere di nascondersi dietro il marchio Philips e lasciare unicamente il nuovo marchio ma giocano sul fatto che le persone credono di acquistare ancora Philips, state alla larga, pagate le stesse cinesate ad un prezzo premum e ve lo garantisco, nulla di quello che fanno è di qualità paragonabile al passato, meno che mai l'assistenza totalmente ridicola ed inutile.

Mutta huono toimituspalvelu. Minulle tuntemattomasta syystä lähetti ei toimittanut pakettia annettuun osoitteeseen, vaan vei sen noutopisteeseen. Odotin pakettia kotona koko päivän, eikä lähetti edes ilmestynyt paikalle tai soittanut minulle. Päivän päätteeksi minun piti ajaa itse noutopisteeseen. Tämä aiheutti minulle paljon haittaa.
