I can’t recommend working with Ilan highly enough! With incredible speed of answering — even the smallest questions — by WhatsApp and email, he guided me through every step of the process, scrutinizing every word of the documents in question to a degree that impressed every other professional involved in the transaction, and carefully and patiently educating me along the way in English. I couldn’t feel more confident in all the choices that were part of this process thanks to Ilan’s honest and thorough way of processing a complex situation toward a great outcome. Ilan’s help was invaluable throughout the whole process of buying an apartment. As well as searching for something that met my requirements and going to visits with me, he negotiated a very good price and guided me through all the legal and bureaucratic aspects so that I was left with really very little to do.
