We recently purchased an apartment in Berlin in the Wilmersdorf neighborhood (July 2023). This purchase was made with the expert assistance of Ilan Fishman (“HomeEase”). Ilan accompanied the process faithfully and professionally and was immediately available for any question throughout the process. He examined all information related to the sellers, the house board and the municipal authority, checked the documents of the apartment and the building, and made sure there was no infrastructure or legal problem. Ilan negotiated the cost, organized the contract signing procedure through the notary, guided and coordinated the payment arrangements. Thanks to his qualified and dedicated work, the procedure was relatively smooth and to our satisfaction. Ilan proved professionalism combined with pleasantness, and we are highly thankful.

After all, I could not imaging how long and energy consuming was the ride, which I simply could not be able to accomplish without Ilan!
