Home Experts has been our main lead source for moving leads for about six months now and we have found it to be extremely profitable and valuable to our company. They are real leads from real people looking to buy moving services. They are not fake leads. They are given to other companies so we find that we have to be fast at contacting them and they are contacted by other moving companies but that is the same as all other lead sources. Our representative Dennis Torres is fantastic. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty to make our account work. Our leads are valuable to our company and if we ever have any problems they are always refunded no questions asked. But Dennis is the real reason we have success with Home Experts I believe as he is extremely professional and courteous. Each day he sends us our balance and makes sure we never run out of funds or leads and our account is always working properly. Thanks Dennis your're the best!!!

This company promised 56 Semi Exclusive Branded Leaders for 2000.00. We received 4 actual leads. The rest of the leads we were charged for their call center couldn't get a hold of, were fake leads or fake emails, yet they still charged us the 2000.00 saying that's what we contracted for as those are what Semi-Exclusive Branded Leads are. I've emailed them, called them several times, they keep promising return phone calls and emails. Avoid this company. Their leads are crap. Also avoid P4P - as they are sister companies and we originally purchased these leads through our contact at P4P.

I had booked a servicing of Bosch washing machine. The executive was so unprofessional and left everything dirty after the service. He was not bothered to put away the waste in the dustbin nor clean the excess water on the floor. He broke a part of the machine. After the service there was water leaking and customer care executive was very very rude when I tried to talk to him about the experience.

We are in August 2022.still the worst in the lead biz..smooth talkers..fake reviews..never answers your call unless you call from a different number.stay away. They got rid of the last batch of trash that they had work in there so now people think that the company has taken on a new management unfortunately these people here are in it for the money it's all about sales and commission so of course you are going to be the last thing on their mind it's all about them stay away find a different lead generating company they're all online companies with integrity

I 100% recommend Zady Portillo, who is a good leader, charismatic and responsible.

Home experts has by far been the best lead provider out of them all. We run a moving company and they have sent nothing but profitable leads to us at a steady rate. To be honest I have no clue what we would do during the slow seasons in our business without them. Portillo is our account manager and saying he does a great job would be an understatement! If your thinking of testing home expert out for your business rest assured knowing that they will walk you through making sure your business has a profitable relationship with them!

100% scam Zadi is the biggest scam artist paid for 200 dollars worth of leads only received $100 worth called to cancel before the reoccurring payment and seen they charged me another $200 before the date that i was supposed to be charged. I was very polite but hes a liar and will say you will get a refund in 3-5 days then will never pick up another one of your calls.....all the leads are fake...... Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY

Whole site is a scam , fake leads. Zadi is the only one posting positive reviews. He has robbed many people with his fake leads.

I hired this company to do a service that they did not complete they said we will have leads with an 24 to 48 hours that didn't happen so I called back to request a refund they said I will have my refund within 3 to 5 business days it's past that this company is unprofessional Specializes and scamming people I will not recommend this company to any of my business friends under no circumstance

Home Expert is a SCAM!!!! they need to get rid of account manager Zadi Portillo,he is giveing Home Expert a bad reputation his focus is takeing honest peoples money and giving them bogus leads.

A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT waste your money there. They charged me weekly for leads that do NOT EXIST. A “manager” called Zadi Portillo when I explained the situation was rude and was yelling at me. When I tried to talk to someone else the only service rep answering keep transferring the called back to him. So Doesn’t matter what you try you just lost your money.

Worst experience ever. 90% of the leads were trash. Never received refund after being thrown around from “manager” to “manager” in a month. I dont review often but stay away from them.

Home expert is a scam. 19 of 29 leads were fake. And home expert refused to give me credit unless I added more money to an account that was wasting money already.
Be prepared to be totally upset if you choose to work with this company.
