Runaway this company it’s definitely a scam

I started using home expert in 02/2020. I used them for painting leads. From the beginning I had issues with the quality of their leads. However they would credit the bad leads when I first started. This ended pretty quickly. My two reps are sam caceres and joe doyle. I had no contact with anyone else there. These two continuously lied and mislead me with all of my concerns and issues. These two if you speak with them are completely untrustworthy and will say anything to get money out of you etc. Before I left using them as a lead provider. I built up over $400 in bad leads. These leads consisted of bad contact information, old leads, and customers who already had work completed by another contractor. I've used thumbtack and craftjack before trying home expert. You are better off staying away from home expert. I literally called them on these bad leads listed more than 30 times, and sent dozens of emails.it took 4 weeks to reach sam. Joe never responded or answered his phone. When I finally reached sam. He told me to read their lead policy information on their website. So they reneged on their promises to backup the lead when it's bad.

Terrible company, terrible service, terrible employees, all built on misleading and lying to us the contractors.

Use another lead provider. Trust me. They are not worth the stress and time waisted.

Matt Schumacher is a scam artist along with Jon slosky and Jon Doyle. Home expert.com are frauds they take your money and give you fake leads of people who are not even interested. Read your contract before anything. They don't put how many leads they give you. BEWARE!!

There is a reason there are more bad reviews then good reviews.. look into them before investing your money. This is a terrible company to work with. They WILL take your money and take off. No communication from the team after they tell you they will call you. They won’t return your emails or calls but they will auto drafter money from your account for terrible leads...leads coming in with fake numbers, customers that don’t have a clue who home expert are, or didn’t ask to be contacted... scam scam scam. I have asked that my account is canceled and asked for a refund of $450 but I have received very little communication and my account is still active after four emails and constant calls...

I have used lead generating companies and basically through good money down the drain . But with HomeExpert I have finally found a company that lives up to what it promises. I recommend HomeExpert hands down they are the best in the business!

This service is the worst I’ve ever experienced paid 150.00 up front haven’t got any leads in a month ask them to credit my money back and it’s been months with no money returned. I WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. As I’m filing a lawsuit.

I have purchased leads from HomeExpert that led to profitable business income. It is clear that the HomeExpert team is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. And I highly recommend this service. In particular, Joe Doyle has been managing my HomeExpert account for over a year and has instilled high confidence that the service will continue to work for my business. I signed up with HomeExpert in October 2019 for Solar leads.  I work in sales for a Solar company on the side of my full time job.  Since I’ve signed up, I’ve been landing about one to two jobs per month with a high profit margin.  I want to give a shout out to my Account Manager Joe.  Joe has my back and is more than fair with me.   Thanks HomeExpert and thanks Joe.

I actually used them to find a plumber who did a good job so I turned around and started using them for my own painting business and wound up winning a a few jobs. Booked 6 appts out of 10 leads and won 4 of them. Good quality stuff.. Obviously some bad with the good its online lead gen, so theres going to be a couple bad leads, but for me I've made more than I've spent. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

This is by far the worst lead generation company out there and I mean even worse then Home adviser.. They of coarse tell you that there homeowners answer the phone and they are quality leads..( THEY ARE NOT) out of 15 leads one answered the rest are fake..DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND SIGH UP..go to craftjack or remodling pro.. there prices are the same and they answer.

This is the WORST COMPANY! They tell you how great they are..THEY ARE NOT! They give bogus leads every lead i got does not answer or wrong info..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY..They will tell you ( will give you credits no problem ) they dont tell you that it takes 7 to 10 days to get a credit ..I mean at this point they make HOME ADVISER look amazing...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..

Sorry for myself for not read those review I hope nobody felt in this fake company after I paid nobody contact me back and nobody replay emails and calls everybody have to be complain in BBB for sure the stay out of our business

Home expert is steeling peoples money i sign up with them all they sen't me are fake leeds can't wait till my last dollar i put into home expert finish so i can continue with the other company aim with

For the third time this year I'm getting moving contractors calling for Eric. I'm not Eric, I'm not moving and I have never used Home Expert. Sounds like someone is setting up fake leads. I'm getting tired of these calls.

Home expert and everyone that works for homeexpert are criminals they steal your money they give you bogus leads and they don't give you credits for bogus leads there a criminal organization I'm warning you don't waste your money

I have now been using home expert for the past month. The leads they allege to bring in are not leads. I have worked with lead generation companies before and this has to be one of the worst. I have made numerous complaints to my account manager who has apologized but apologizing does not fix this. I paid for a service that does not work. PERIOD. I am a contractor out of Boston Massachusetts
