I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad, but the service I received from Homehold was so good that I just had to write a review. They handled the recent lease extension on my London flat. From first phone call to the end of the process took about a year, but that was mainly due to the tardiness of the Freeholder. There were a few problems along the way, again due to the Freeholder, but Homehold dealt with them in their stride.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

For me, Homehold and LLS have been exemplary. My lease extension became complicated due to a slow-responding freeholder’s solicitor, disputes over ownership, and other issues, all of which affected the timing and deadlines. They managed the complex issues professionally, so all I had to do was try to relax, reply promptly to requests and pay when required. Trust the process. Other organisations should learn from Homehold & LLS.
