I came to choose Homehold and LLS for support with a Lease extension for my mum after reading excellent reviews online. I live abroad and needed to be the main point of contact on mum's side. Homehold/LLS were clear, helpful, professional and supportive at all stages, from the first call to talk through our situation and to guide us on the best next steps, all the way through the process to getting the extension approved and sent to Land Registry. My mum and I received regular email updates and once or twice a call to explain the next steps when there were hold ups (on the Freeholder side). The team at Homehold/LLS were like a steady hand, and I am so very greatful for the great reviews that led me to chose them to support us.

I can’t believe how stress free my lease extension process has been given my lease was less than 80 years. From the initial call to talk through what needs to happen, timelines and how it will all work to the weekly updates on progress even if there was none the communication has been excellent. The whole process ran really smoothly and quicker than I expected and it was worth every penny that I didn’t need to coordinate with solicitors and everyone else involved just the one expert team who were amazing.
