Recently completed lease extension has finally registered with the Land Registry (the process took just under 18 months delay due to the Land registry- not due to Homehold).

I got weekly updates and clear instructions from them. Their payment structure is very transparent and user friendly.
It can be lengthy process if your landord/housig association is very slow in cooperating so you need strong team to act on your behalf and Homehold is definitely the one who can deliver the required outcome.
