Nice product but better without the pressure to leave a review
Very quick delivery
Update:
I have edited my review from a 5 to a 3 as I was pressured to write a review when my product was delivered. The delivery guy wouldn’t let me go until he could take a picture of the review.
I told him I was happy to later as I hadn’t even opened the box yet so how can I make a review! but I guess he’s under pressure from management to get ppl to do it on the spot.
Anyway the plant is nice good quality and looks real. One leaf had already fallen off and was loose in the box so I will have to super glue that as I can’t be bothered to have a replacement and have to stand by my door logging into the review app through my Google app and write another one so that I can close my door on the delivery driver.

Incorrect description on website, Pathetic after sales service
Pathetic service.
Firstly, the product description did not match the actual product—the color shown on the website was completely different from what was delivered.
Secondly, the after-sales service is among the worst I’ve experienced in Dubai. I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Department of Dubai before the team responded and arranged a return. It took them almost 3 weeks to resolve the issue.
Giving 1 star only because 0 is not an option.
