After much searching we found exactly what we were looking for at Home Living. One can never be too sure of the quality of good online but I read other reviews and took a chance. I am so pleased I did. The table is fabulous quality and it was at a great price. Home living kept us up to date in delivery which was very quick with the delivery guys ringing us an hour before arrival. Very impressed and I would strongly recommend using Home Living to others.

Ordered a TV unit on a 10 to 14 working days delivery, and within 7 days it was dispatched, very pleased with the delivery. We were provided tracking and on the day before given a 3 hour slot, then on the day received notification when 1 hour away and then when next delivery.

Really pleased with the tv unit, good quality, as described and shown on the website.

Only found this company as we were looking for a specific tv unit from Quirky Barn and found Home Living through google search, very pleased we found this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Great company to deal with, needed my order asap and they delivered my new sideboard ontime. Quality furniture at good price, definitely use again, thank you !

I'd give zero stars if I could. They lie to their customers that an item is in stock. My shower panel kit should have been delivered on 16th September. 3 weeks later and still no order. Terrible customer service. Chased up numerous times and just fobbed off with excuses. Delays with the courier, damaged in transit, and finally just flat out will not respond to your emails. Do not use this shody company. B&Q really should re-think their idea of how a 'trusted supplier' performs. Hopefully this review will stop another unsuspecting member of the public from making the same mistake I did.

Ordered a Clock. They took my money based on a 5 day delivery as advised on the website and it said 'In stock' 5 day delivery. So 2 weeks later no delivery! I email them: No answer to the email and then had to contact them by social media. They advise that the Item in 'not in stock' even though it is still shown as 'In stock' on their website. They then offer me another clock????? So 2 weeks wasted no further forward. My mistake I didn't read the reviews prior to trying to place my business with them. I hope this review helps at least 1 person avoid this company.

Contacted B&Q this morning due to order placed 5 weeks ago for a shower tray. Contacted this company who informed me the first had apparently been broken by the courier it well may have been however we had not had contact from courier to inform of delivery which is unusual in itself. Messages continued between my self and company who assured me would be delivered by end of week..... nope didn't arrive, so I changed tactics and asked for courier name so I could chase it myself which they gave me. Anyway called said courier firm and surprisingly they said they did not deliver for this company. Have now spoken to B&Q who have requested a refund so fingers crossed. My advice is avoid save yourself the stress.

Order arrived damaged. Requested replacement have rang 5 times this week and each time they’ve just said they’ll get me a tracking number. Shocking customer service, will be contacting bank tomorrow to request a chargeback.

Cannot fault the service we've experienced from uk home living. Ordered fitted vanity unit ,shower screen & towel rail for new ensuite. Everything was delivered promptly & we were kept informed by phone & email of delivery date. However because of a delay on our side of completing our extension we hadn't noticed that the shower screen wall profile was damaged. Oliver went over & above & sent us a replacement even though it was beyond 4 months since we received our order. Now our ensuite is complete & we are over the moon with our beautiful new shower room. The products are all great quality & look fab. Wouldn't hesitate to order again & recommend to anyone. In future we will always check goods asap even if not ready to fit. Thanks to the team at uk home living. Ordered via B&Q market place.

Bought a pair of bedside table lamps sold as in shock for a delivery time was 3-6 days, bought on the 21st of June, and received them 39 days later, very disgraceful and deceptive. You from them, then they buy from another supplier in China extending the delivery time significantly. I could have bought the same exact item from Dunelm and received it within 2 days. I will never buy from the seller again.

Ordered a shower screen via B&Q website on 25 June and after numerous emails, calls and a promised delivery it still didn't show up. Cancelled the order and still waiting on a refund almost a week later. Complete waste of time and money, ordered elsewhere.

Ordered 3 bar stools. Was told I would be contacted by the courier to arrange delivery date/ this never happened. Emailed to query and was told they would be delivered by x date- never came. No update offered. When I received a delivery it was only 1 bar stool. No idea when the others were expected to be delivered. Reason was they have no control over the courier and they just split the orders up. Misleading information on email confirmation from home living and would not recommend if you want to actually receive your items together

Item was out of stock but info on the site said when it was due in. It was dispatched on time and I was given a 10-15 day delivery window and it arrived in 5!

Bijna twee weken moeten wachten op mijn bestelling, als er dan toch geleverd wordt, was het niet wat ik besteld had. Vele telefoons brachten geen soelaas, dus niet te vertrouwen bedrijf.

Poor communication, items missing from delivery and ultimately a complete lack of customer service.

Totally different colour to image shown on website. Was expecting nice light wood Windsor chair, got a sludgy green colour instead. No response when I emailed to query this. Very dissapointed, would not recommend.
