I ordered a bath in August and still haven't received it. I keep being told it's coming but now they've stopped responding. Please do not use.

Unfortunately I agree with other reviews on here that this company is a scam. I ordered a bath on 7 September with a delivery date of 14-16 September. No bath. 2 emails and 2 voicemail messages have been completely ignored.

Avoid this company. I will now be looking at recovering my money via credit card chargeback.

Purchased a bathroom mirror from this company on the 13th September, thankfully by paypal.. no communication from them until i opened a dispute with them through paypal 24th September. The following day i get an email to say it'll be in stock the next day and shipped after that. I'm now no further forward as of the 3rd October.

I'd be vary careful dealing with this company. They take your cash but then ignore you. Hopefully I'll get my money back through paypal.

01/10 issue finally resolved. Biggest frustration with this company is getting hold of them. Once I spoke to a human being the issue was rectified swiftly albeit that I didn’t get what i originally asked for but I am getting a refund for the difference. 28/09 Thank you for your response I have emailed as requested on the 26/09 and also left a message on your answer machine to call me and so far I have heard nothing, please can you get in touch if only to advise you can’t supply and I will get a refund.
I ordered a shower on the 28/08 and received confirmation this would be delivered in 7-10 days. When it wasn’t received I called and did get an answer machine at first but persevered and called again to be told that they had located my order and I would receive and email confirming delivery. To date this has not been received and neither has my shower and when I call or email I am not getting a response. I understand things might be delayed but to not hear anything is unacceptable. I am being forced to refer to my credit card company to resolve.

This is a scam company. I ordered a shower unit replacement and never received the item. I have phoned and emailed, and never received a reply. I would stay well away.

I made my order and roughly two weeks had passed with no update on shipping and delivery. I sent an email querying as to whether there was a problem with the order. I received a phone call the next day from a withheld number- it was this company. Of the 3 toilet seats I had ordered 2 had allegedly been damaged and so they were going to send the one and refund the other two. I quickly realised this had been arranged verbally and the withheld number meant I couldn’t call back. The phone number on the website rings to voicemail. They do not answer emails. I have escalated my complaint to PayPal who are now dealing with the issue as I made the order almost 4 weeks ago. I would be very weary of this company and I will not be ordering again in the future.

Update. 23/9/26
This was delivered on Thursday the 17th September. No notifications through the shop app but did get an email on the 14th saying it was coming.
Although it has arrived, and they have called me to confirm it has been delivered, it is a little too late with the communication. If they had a problem just let me know and give me a choice to wait or get a refund, everyone comes across problems it should really be my place to chase and find out.
Based on this I can only put it up one more star. Sorry.

This hasn’t been delivered Unfortunately I have a bad feeling that this is a scam selling site.
As it stands it’s a day late on delivery. That doesn’t sound bad but, I have waited 6 days since order date. There is no response to emails or phone calls, they just go to a Gif gaf voicemail. Unfortunately I didn’t google the address before I ordered. it’s a barbers shop called shanawaz barbers!!
With the information I have to date it seems like a fake site. If this turns out to be true they will be reported to the correct people and I will endeavour to ensure no one else has the same experience

They did not have what we ordered in stock but gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. Very courteous and prompt service.

Great help and advice online before purchasing Atlas Sliding Door shower screen. This is just what we needed!

Brought a full suite 5* service.

We found a replacement loo seat at a very good price and duly ordered it. The order was accepted quickly and delivery was meant to be about a week. I chased up the order after that time as we had not had an update. It ended up taking almost 3 weeks, I was told there was an issue with stock. I don’t have a problem with delays but I deducted a star as we were not notified or updated at any point without my chasing the order twice. The seat is perfect and I am very happy with it but customers like to be kept informed. It wouldn’t stop me using this company again and they responded promptly when I did contact them.

Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately there was a mix up and the wrong item was sent. It took a little while for them to respond, however, once I returned the item, the refund was processed promptly. Good company and customer service.

Fantastic team - very responsive and provided excellent aftercare when help was needed.

Ordered vanity unit and basin which arrived on time and product looks great. After sales service has been very good with any queries raised. Would recommend .

Ordered a vanity unit, came within 48 hours so can't complain. Haven't fitted it yet but looks very nice.

Placed an order for bathroom radiators. Received in good condition after 4 days. Good experience
