Beautiful new garage door
I'm very happy with my new garage door - looks good and works beautifully. The installer arrived on time, took out the old door, put the new one in, and cleaned everything up, all in just a couple of hours. I got a courtesy call the next day asking if I was satisfied - I was, and I am!

New garage roof installation
Had an asbestos garage roof removed. Done efficiently and a thorough clean up job afterwards. Due to the continuous heavy rain, the date for laying the new roof had to be moved several times, but the company kept us in the loop. I am very pleased with the new roof, as the roofer has done an excellent job, and to my specifications.

Installation of replacement facias
Installation of replacement facias, soffits and guttering went well. 2 man team worked well. Minor problem with one downpipe that became dislodged but they quickly returned to remedy without fuss.

The guys at Homesmart were great at keeping me updated with the process and sending documents through.
The contractors were friendly and very respectful of our property. They kindly arranged for us to keep scaffolding up slightly longer so we could have roof repairs completed, which they identified before starting installation works.
Overall a fantastic job! Thanks!

Excellent service from the very start with HomeSmart; every step well explained by courteous and polite staff, keeping us fully updated and well informed at all points. Day of installation went extremely smoothly, with hard working and diligent installers completing the job to a high standard. Started with a very competitive quote. Appointment booked during the week originally stated. Tradesman worked quickly and efficiently and cleared up well when the job was complete. Pleased with the standard of finish.

5* service from start to finish. Quick and with as minimal disturbance as possible. The workers even fixed a loose roof tile I had which was causing water to get through.
Looks really good and freshens up the the whole outside of the house

Just had a 9kW battery installed.
Just had a 9kW battery installed in my house by HomeSmart. This is to store energy from my solar panels. Very neat installation. Works well. A team of two installed it and an accompanying ac convertor in about 6 hours. Would highly recommend.

I gave this experience 4 stars for the reason not everything went to plan…
I gave this experience 4 stars for the simple that not everything ran smoothly. Out of 5 windows the four upstairs were fitted without any problem. Then to the bay window at the front which was removed completely. The window is fitted on a type of tray Problem was the tray was built to wrong angles. The fitters had to get a new one made as soon as possible so the new window could be fitted that night.
Some temporary trim was fitted and the fitters returned a couple of days later and completed the installation. Now complete we are pleased with it

The HomeSmart installers arrived on 10th July 2024
The HomeSmart installers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed the old front door and garage window, and installed the new products, which looked very good. They were very clean and tidy in their workmanship. I would highly recommend HomeSmart.

The windows were installed without any…
The windows were installed without any fuss and zero mess. Having previously used the company I can say that the after sales service is excellent. Having a problem with a seal on a new door, it was sorted the following day.

Conservatory Roof Insulation and Cladding
Can not recommend this company more highly. They were efficient right from the first meeting with their sales representative, they quoted a reasonable competitive price. Communication was good a date was fixed, they arrived on time, worked very hard and did a magnificent job. We have had so many friends and family comment on what an improvement and how well done the work was carried out. I would definitely recommend this company from my own experience with them

Replacement bedroom window
The seal on my double glazed leaded bedroom window had gone, resulting in the usual misting up process. The original window had no opening side windows and was considered a risk in the event of a fire. The replacement window has two side openers and has transformed the whole aspect with much more light entering the room. Also award 5-stars plus to the installers. Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to know.
