ZERO STARS
This company is a COMPLETE SCAMMER, they advertise a very nice looking children’s 3D printer and what you get is a 20p music box that wasn’t worth the 20p it took to build it, absolute waste of time customer service, had absolutely zero contact from the more than 10 emails I’ve sent.
AVOID AVOID AVOID, TYPICAL CHINESE SCAMMER

I ordered a small child friendly 3d printer for £39... and i got a small pink carousel. So yeah, avoid these scammers...

Ordered an item like most others something completely different arrived guess thats money lost avoid these scammers can only hope karma catches up to these little rats

Don't even want to give these scam artists 1 star, ordered a kids 3D printer and got a music box - can't contact their support, can't seem to claim a refund - How can these jokers get away with this.

Scammers. Sent me the wrong product then didn’t reply to any of my messages. Complete charlatans. Don’t give these people any of your money.

This company is a scam do not use them. I ordered a large inflatable and got this small space hopper. They won’t provide a return address and they send the same automated emails. You won’t get your money back. I’ve informed FCA to report this company and reached out to Facebook where they advertise to make them aware.

I wouldn't give them one star, stay away! I orderd a part and the wrong one was delivered, I get the same auto response, must be 2 months now. I can't see how I could get my money back.

I ordered a massive out door inflatable and a small child’s space hopper arrived. They respond to emails with AI generated responses. Won’t give me a refund. Have stolen my money. Not to be trusted. Stay well clear!!!!

Ordered a GPS motorcycle device and same as the review above got a cycle computer that would only cost about 5 euros here in Spain.
Do not use this company total rip off and scam.
Should have know better than to order anything that is advertised on a Facebook page.

Terrible customer service. Long lead times. Very expensive. Just buy the same thing from a local store.

If i could put minus stars I would, appalling company to deal with they send wrong item out after you’ve sent photos etc they say they do investigation 8 wks later still no joy sent me a voucher for $30 to buy utter overpriced junk, AI generated responses refused voucher still no joy..
Never buy from this company it’s a scam!!

Ordered New-Generation Motorcycle Navigation Device, got Cycle Computer!
