Price, Build Quality, Parts Used, Instructions(YouTube).
Only issues, front brake cable routed incorrectly,
easy fix, kickstand "may" interfere with rear disc rotor, when closed.

Thank you very much for your feedback and detailed review.

Regarding the front brake cable routing, this is usually caused during packaging and transport preparation. To fit safely inside the carton, the front fork and handlebar need to be rotated during assembly, and sometimes this can leave the brake cable positioned incorrectly underneath the frame. In most cases, it can be corrected easily by rotating the fork and handlebar back into the proper position.

The kickstand installation position is also very important, as an incorrect angle may potentially interfere with the rear disc rotor when folded.

Great after sales support, would recommend

Troubled delivery, good product and customer support.
Sent the wrong bike the first time, however it was handled very swiftly. Great customer support after the purchase. Actual bike was great value (blaze M1 cues)

Great before and after sales service…

Great before and after sales service from Sharon at Horaciobikes. Bike arrived on time, well packed and undamaged. Easy to assemble using the included instructions and tools. Seems well made and good value for money, including some reasonably premium parts for the price. Only had it for a couple of weeks but very happy so far.

Great bike

Great bike, great price, great customer service, overall good experience.
Unfortunately, the bike had a small transport scratch, issue was resolved with mutual agreement.

After looking at numerous low priced E…

After looking at numerous low priced E bikes I decided to purchase one from this company it had more features than all the others I had one problem ( hence the one less star) the head light failed but was replaced in one hour the staff at Hillcrest were helpful & friendly.

Awesome bike! Amazing price!

I got this bike for myself but I will need to get another one because my son loved it and keeps hogging it! 🤪 Apparently it is even better than a Fatboy DNA.

Customer service is exceptional

Customer service is exceptional, went out of their way to answer all of my many questions, and helped customise our bikes at no additional cost to get what we wanted, made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable , very happy 😊

Quick service turnaround

Nearly 2 weeks for delivery from one side of Brisbane to another. However the issue was quickly resolved and the parts are exactly as advised.
