Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. Since that very first day, Horizon has prided itself on providing rapid, reliable powered access solutions.
Recently we became an employee owned business, testament to the fact our team's aim is to always delight our customers. So whenever you speak to us, you are talking directly to our co-owners.

Had issues with the scissor lift
Had issues with the scissor lift, was told a engineer would call back on the Friday, never did, charging connection was lose and fell off so we couldn't charge it over nigth, it was a third party company in respect of horizon, but still an island delay in the installation from us

Whether the equipment is from our own fleet or supplied through our approved partner network, breakdowns should always be handled promptly, with clear and consistent communication throughout. On this occasion, we fell short of our own standards.

Horizon Platforms are by far the best…
Horizon Platforms are by far the best access equipment hire company I’ve ever used. They’re consistently reliable and incredibly helpful. Their turnaround on enquiries is fast and pricing is competitive. They’ve also always delivered equipment on time and everything arrives clean, well maintained and ready to use.
A special mention must go to Georgina, who has been an enormous help recently. She hasn’t missed a single detail and has been unbelievably helpful - friendly, proactive and professional throughout. She’s made the whole process so much easier.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Stephanie Turner and Beck Watts in particular have given the best customer service support, from booking the work in, to keeping me informed of updates and then making sure every thing was done to my satisfaction
