Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. The service Horizon provides is excellent. They are always friendly and helpful whenever any issues occur. Their engineers are highly knowledgeable and professional, and their response and call-out times are impressive. Most repairs or issues are resolved in a single visit. I would highly recommend them for any MEWP services.

I needed a very specific machine at very short notice, and both Cavan Atkinson and Lydia Asquith were incredibly proactive and helpful. As soon as they realised the urgency, they had everything ready to roll once they received the go-ahead. Communication throughout was excellent, and they really helped me out.

The MWEP that was delivered was not in good condition which caused delays and time lost. Even after an engineer cam out to look at the problem and following there advise the problem continued and by the time a replacement was offered the job had already gone beyond its original time frame

All the staff are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. Across the multiple projects where MEWPs have been used on site, we’ve experienced little to no issues, any questions or potential problems have been quickly identified and resolved by the Horizon team.
The online Hire Hub is also a great tool, it’s fast, easy to use, and makes arranging new equipment or updating existing hires simple and efficient.
Overall, we’ve had an excellent experience working with Horizon Platforms and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Horizon Platforms give excellent customer service, their machines are reliable, they are competitive priced and delivered when they promise to
Overall they give you what you need when hiring MEWPs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
