I spoke to Taddie today about 2 forms I was having difficulty filling out. She walked me through line by line on both forms. Words can not express how PATIENT, knowledgeable and professional she was! During our phone conversation, while filling out one of the forms, we were cut off. Taddie called ME back immediately! What customer service representative does that???!!!! The world needs more people like Taddie! Thank you Taddie!

I've been working with Brandi and Samantha to open and fund my account at Horizon. I cannot say enough about them both. They are extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and patient, particularly dealing with my current custodian who is challenging to say the least. Next level customer service. I feel as if I were joining a family, not a financial institution. Thank you!

Horizon Trust and Amber Neubig made the whole process of opening a SDIRA easy. This was a multi step process that I thought was very confusing in the beginning, but Amber walked me through it one step at a time, which was very helpful. I called Horizon with some questions and spoke with Claudia. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful - she helped me complete my application online in just 15 minutes. Jessika was extremely helpful in my quest to get my funds transferred from my current provider by reviewing my paperwork to ensure there wasn’t any hold up due to incorrect or missing information. Email said 2-3 days but I had explained to her I was racing against the clock, she called me back within a few hours of my emailing .

In fact, dont even know if she is my actual account manager, but she didnt care. Customer Service and making sure I was satisfied was her top prioerity.
