Update on previous review

Update on previous review. I was contacted and offered choice of huge postage charges to return item or keep the item and a generous credit. Took the latter option. On trying to use the credit it’s just not quite enough to purchase two things and too much for just one item so you have to spend more. Which I did on 07/03/26. Not received this order nor any response to any emails. Please get in touch Horus….

Customer service

I can’t comment on there product as I didn’t receive the jacket I ordered, but this was the fault of the couriers.

The customer service was excellent. I had the pleasure of Evie. She was with me every step off the was. I decided on a refund.it did take quite a while, but Evie excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

Textbook Scammers

Where do I start. Don’t buy something from here if you want a full refund, they make you pay shipping which is usually 50% of the item price anyway so you wouldn’t be making your money back. I bought a coat with the description ‘soft wool blend’. It arrived and label said it was 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I said this was ridiculous and demanded they pay the shipping cost. They said they wouldn’t be able to. I had to dredge up the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they still didn’t honor that for a while. When they knew I was serious they tried offering 50% of the items value in store credit, then a 50% refund of item value without sending the item back. I refused I said I wanted to send it back with a full refund and shipping covered. They then agreed to a full refund without having to return the item. I was in email correspondence with them since the 7th of January, only on the 6th of March did I get my money back. They sent me an email confirmation of refund on the 17th of Feb. I waited the ten days then called my bank and they confirmed no refund was processing. My bank set up a case with the evidence I had gathered and disputed the original payment. Funny that the very next day I received another email confirmation of refund and actually got my money back. The company and I exchanged 23 emails in that time. The most ridiculous thing I have ever done to get my money back from these scammers. Don’t shop here.

Poor quality and no realistic return policy. avoid

We are having terrible problems. We want to simply return an item but:

The process requires multiple email exchanges (so far 10 back and forth). This is probably a delaying tactic to push us over 14 days from delivery and make the refund only eligible if faulty.

The return charges are €20-25! The item is only worth £44, and the quality is very poor.

There is a request for 5! Photos of the item.

This is unacceptable, and this sort of consumer exploitation should not be allowed to happen in the UK.

Courier awful…Horus customer service great!

After the courier claimed that the delivery of my orders had been made (which it hadn’t), I contacted customer services at Horus and received excellent support from Evie who worked hard to resolve the issue. She kept me updated on the progress of the situation and was fully supportive and helpful.

The initial buying experience was very…

The initial buying experience was very easy from start to finish.
But I ordered the wrong size jacket and unfortunately the item was a Christmas present but that's when Evie at Horus played her part!
Her help via email and amazing customer service helped me order a new item with the greatest of ease including a code to cover costs!!!
Top drawer all round, would highly recommend 👌🏻

Evie - A great asset to Horus

My query was answered immediately by Evie who has been magnificent in every way. She has followed things up for me and kept me abreast of everything that's been going on. She has been helpful, respectful and efficient. I'm not sure when she gets time to sleep because she answered my emails morning, noon and night. She is a great asset to Horus and deserves an upgrade in her position.

Bright blue

Awful quality, I got the high neck jacket in navy. First of all not navy it’s bright blue? Second of all it’s completely polyester 100% I should burn the thing. It’s so bad, trust this review don’t get anything from this website, not only that but it takes ages, their manufacturer is from China, I don’t know where the Brazil refund shipping from is based off of but it’s not true. I don’t mind it coming from China but they’re lying saying it’s from Brazil so refunding and returning shouldn’t cost £20-£25?! They advertise a completely different jacket, for this much money just keep it and buy from somewhere else. If I don’t get a refund in the next few days I will give an update

I am back to say the company has reached out to help me with the refund, rather than a refund I chose to get store credit. I want to preface that the customer service is great, very patient and helpful. I still stick by the fact that quality is poor, however as I am able to order other things it may not be all products. I have asked for more photos and information on the items that is more reliable. Overall the customer service is great, however for the time it takes along with some product quality I do think the company needs to find another manufacturer and add more RELIABLE product information.

Good quality jacket

I was a bit sceptical at first since there aren’t many reviews, but I’m so glad I went ahead with my purchase. The jacket is exactly the same as one that’s sold out at Zara and the quality is perfect. The price was also really good as I got it in the Black Friday sale, definitely worth it.

The only downside was the delivery time, which took about two weeks, but aside from that, I’m really happy with my order.
Would definitely recommend!

Item arrived over a week late for an…

Item arrived over a week late for an event I ordered it for. Tried to return it and was advised the return costs would be £20-£25. Clever business model meaning no one ever returns anything. Don’t waste your time. Even Shein accept returns for less.

Regarding returns, we always aim to be transparent: because our logistics centre is located abroad, the return fee of £20–£25 is charged directly by the carrier, not by us, and unfortunately we have no way to reduce it. Best online store ever

Best online store ever! Great products at a very fair price! I would totally recommend it! It almost seems to good to be true, but it is one of those rare cases that it is!

Really nice jacket

Really nice jacket, you get what you pay for! It looks even better in person! I wasn’t sure about the size but fits perfect. Yes I’ve waited a little for the shipment, but it was totally worth it!

This company claims to have 4.8 rating…

This company claims to have 4.8 rating on their website with nearly 1K reviews. I’ve come here to check them out and nothing to prove it. Must be a scam. Absolutely wont be ordering, the big discounts will be too good to be true. Shame because the clothes are so nice!
