Would NOT recommend!!!!

I made a prepaid reservation on your website on Friday 3/19 for a stay on Saturday 3/20 and it was very easy, I printed my confirmation and assumed everything was taken care. That it where my problem began. I ran to the hotel to go ahead and check-in between ball games and that is where my problem began. I handed the clerk my reservation papers and he asked for my ID and My Credit Card, I explained to him that I had already paid he stated the my card was not actually charged it was just used for the reservation. And because I was hurrying to get back to my childs' ballgame I just gave him my card and finished checking in. When I arrived back home I checked my account and realized I was in fact charged TWICE, once by hotels4teams and then again by the hotel. So In total I paid over $300.00 for a 1 night stay!!!! I have contacted your support team twice on Mon 3/22 and again on Tues 3/23, both times I was on hold WELL OVER 30 minutes and both times I was assured that someone would be in tough with me very quickly. It is Wednesday 3/25 and no one has contacted me nor have I recd a refund in the amount of $161.10 that your company charged me!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! We play travel ball and could be an asset to your company but at this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USE OF YOUR SITE!!!!!

This was my first experience trying to book on Hotels4Teams. I'm sorry to say it wasn't a good one. Though my credit card was fine, I couldn't get it verified through the online booking. But, at some point it became verified and I wasn't notified and therefore didn't stay at Holiday Inn Express though it was our first choice. I didn't get a reservation confirmation, but I sure got a charge on my card and no one has refunded me.
BEWARE - Holiday Inn said my booking didn't come to them through Hotel4Teams, but a third party site called Get-a-room.com. After I emailed them for a refund, the response came from yet another different name. I wonder which one was suppose to send me a reservation confirmation and who will be the honorable company and help me?

The booking was a seamless process

The booking was a seamless process. Hotels4Teams made it easy for me to find a room near the team facility, through their search tool. The confirmation was sent immediately and I was received at the hotel with no issue.

Fluctuating room prices

Never has our gym used a team booking site that the rate of the rooms changed from one price to another in just a matter of days. I called to ask why but was told that the rate fluctuates. I assumed ( actually I know the other team booking sites don't do this ) that if you are booking a large block for a team that a rate is set. I will recommend that our team not use this site again.

Hassel free booking

I searched for a hotel close to the venue and this site popped up. It was user friendly, I was able to book for the dates I needed and the hotel let me check in as soon as the room was available.

Works for me

There was some confusion with the volleyball tournament and our club coach at first, but once they got it all figured out we were able to book a room successfully.
The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the tournament venue. Overall it was a good experience.

They were a nightmare to deal with

They were a nightmare to deal with. When I called to make a reservation they quoted me a rate higher than was on their own website. The rate I eventually got was $60/night higher than the rate I had, but I was forced to deal with them.

Rooms were literally disappearing as I…

Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!

Best rooms at best prices!

They were able to find us the best rates for hotels within walking distance to anything we could need! 10/10 will book with them again! (Huge bonus that their customer service was able to work with me and my anxieties, they were understanding and very nice)

Beware Bait and Switch Hotels!

Booked a room at La Quinta online through the Hotel4Teams web site. When the confirmation came through reservation was at a Days Inn that had received 1 star terrible ratings. Called customer service. Was told it "changed names" to which I replied that it was a different address. Cancelled the Days Inn reservation and was supposed to be transferred to booking to make the correct reservation and was conveniently hung up on TWICE. I would avoid any type of business dealings with this company. Very suspect business practices!

Hotels4Teams is a SCAM

Hotels4Teams is a SCAM. The company block books hotel rooms so that they are unavailable to regular consumers, then resells them and makes reservations through Expedia, etc. H4T provides no customer service when you want to cancel a reservation. My son had a baseball tournament in Mesa. I tried to find a hotel through Expedia, Trivago, etc. but couldn't find anything. H4T had a variety of rooms available in the properties I searched so I reserved a room. I had to prepay to confirm my reservation (non-refundable). Needless to say, the tournament and international travel was cancelled due to COVID-19. I called and emailed H4T, received a generic computer generated email indicating they would look into the request. I called the resort to cancel the reservation but was told that because the reservation was made through a third party they could not cancel it. I tried to cancel the reservation through Expedia but could not. Even after leaving numerous email and phone call messages, I never received a call back.
Don't ever use this company. Customer service is 'ZERO'.

HOTEL 4 TEAMS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ON MY WAY TO VEGAS I WAS CALLED BY PRICELINE TO TELL ME THAT EXTENDED STAY BASICALLY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY AND THAT I NEEDED TO GO THROUGH HOTEL 4 TEAMS RE-BOOK. CALLED H4T AND DARBY TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVINCE IN THE MORNING TO RE-BOOK OR GET MY REFUND. HAD NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME WHATSOEVER. WHEN I ADVISED DARBY I WAS ALREADY ON THE ROAD AND WAS A FEW HOURS OUT FROM VEGAS HE SAID 'I'M SORRY MA'AM IM IN THE SALES DEPT THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO.' WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. LONG STORY SHORT, PRICELINE WAS WHO HELPED ME AND WAS ABLE TO GET ME BOOKED INTO ANOTHER HOTEL. ONCE H4T TAKE YOUR MONEY THAT'S IT, THEY ARE NO LONGER HELPFUL. HORRIBLE PLACE

Booked a hotel and prepaid in full. When I arrived to Boston, I pulled up my reservation with booking number but there was no address for the hotel. When I googled the hotel name it said “permanently closed” the only number in the reservation wS hotels4tesms and they wouldn’t answer or return my calls. I looked up the phone number for the hotel and it was a restaurant in Boston who had never heard of it. I lost all my money and had to book a last minute hotel at 3 times the price. No one from hotels4tesms returned my call over 3 days I left messages. Very frustrating

Misleading

Called to ask for credit back to credit card to book elsewhere. NO ANSWER at 800 number. Had to leave message. STILL WAITING.

Will advise the credit card that the room was booked using fraudulent information and ask to have the charge reversed.
