The rate offered was exceptional although it was paid in advance with no cancellation options. If you know you have to be there than that is no big deal. Hotel told me it was a Priceline rate which I wasn't aware of and didn't earn HHonors points which is a bummer. But when rate is 50% off lowest rate in the market, I can live with it.

My experience with Hotels4Teams was fine. I wouldn't book the quality inn (leesburg fl) though. Our tub had roaches and no discount was offered when we had to carry our luggage upstairs due to power outage (the outage wasn't the hotels fault but a discount would have been nice!

I will always use the Hotels 4 Teams site. Gave me a great list of hotels very close to my event that i was attending. Had a great price range of hotels as well. The site has a great map to see the surrounding area of your choice

I was very impressed with everything. The desk ladies were so nice & helpful. The rooms were clean as well as the the halls.

Was a pleasurable experience, the lady I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. She got me booked with no problems at all. I chose this hotel because I have stayed at super 8 many times for years and will continue ro do so.

Quick and easy booking. Lots of options to choose from and decent cancellation policy.

Upon checking in, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. The front desk clerk moved us to a new room. It seemed she took my husband's mobility issues into consideration. Thank you!

Our room was clean and comfortable.

Nighttime was quiet and we had a restful sleep.

The breakfast included was ample, and had items that would cater to all.

Booked through hotels4teams and prepaid $191.33 for a room in Alachua, FL Sept. 13-15th. At check in the hotel asked for the card we paid with, which seemed normal. After check out, we realized the hotel charge us $151.16 to cover the room. Called and asked why and they said hotel4teams had never paid them for the room and they had to charge us. They told us to get a refund from hotel4teams (3rd party) who also charged us $40 more than what we paid by going directly through the hotel. Called hotels4teams on Monday the 16th, sent the info they asked for, and was promised a phone call back that same afternoon. Have yet to receive a phone call (it's now Wednesday the 18th). They are still holding my money and nobody cares. Customer Service is awful. They charge MORE than if you go through the hotel, and they don't even cover the room when you book through them. Fraudulent activity as far as I'm concerned. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully that will get some action. We almost over drafted our account because of the double charge AND we need this money for bills that we are fighting to get back. Wish someone cared, cause hotels4teams DOES NOT.

Edit on Sept 19: still no word. Yes they reached out on FB messenger (real professional) and I've responded and ALREADY emailed the documents requested (which were acknowledged received ON Monday) but still have not received a call or a refund. It is now 4 days later. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Found the hotel close to where my daughter will be playing. Easy to use, booked online within minutes.

This is my go to site for hotels for my daughter's cheer competitions. The prices usually end up being lower than even the hotels own websites. Look here first! With costs being so high to travel, its great to know I am getting the best price!

Great website for teams looking for multiple rooms at discounted rated. I highly recommend using them for any out of town sports event or family vacations. Website was easy to navigate and did a nice job of helping me find the closest hotel to the gym the tournament was being held at.
