I have fitted a number of these boiling water taps over the years and I can say this product is by far the best I have ever fitted, great quality product and it even can supply hot water to the sink tap,( so only cold water connection needed). Also Good communications with the technical help team when I had a question for them, I thought I was doing something wrong as it was so easy to install but I wasn’t!!!

The new Titanium Hotspot tap works like a dream and the sales and installation people cannot be faulted with their customer service. We sent pictures of the cupboard into which the unit would be fitted and were assured that the tap unit would fit. We had a slight hiccup in that when installation came they found the unit didn't fit after all We had to get a plumber to rearrange the pipework in the cupboard and install a new electrical unit. Throughout, Nick, a member of the sales team liaised between us and the installation side of things and was extremely helpful. We would certainly recommend the company.

I’ve just moved into a new home and paid the the developer for the hotspot titanium system with an alessi tap, it looked great and having boiling water available was perfect for my disabled mum.

When we moved in we found out it didn’t work and developer really let us down. Not titanium hotspot, there after sales support was perfect.

Scott was able to talk me over the phone basic troubleshooting that even I could follow and we found although plumber and installed the water was isolated from the unit. 15-30 minutes all working lovely boiling water out of this gorgeous styled tap. 1 week I’d asked the housing developer to have a look.

So thanks to the team and Scott for resolving our issue over the phone!

Absolutely LOVE our titanium hotspot boiling water tap. We chose a Matt black one and not only does it look amazing but the water comes out in a smooth stream and I am able to chose different security settings to ensure it’s also safe with the children. The service received from Scott was second to none and would definitely recommend both the company and the product! Brilliant, don’t know how we managed before installation!

The Inventum Hotspot is the best appliance we have in our kitchen we have had it now for 5 years and cannot do without it. But more importantly the back up that we receive from their headquarters in the Netherlands is excellent. You can explain any problem you have online and they will immediately explain how to fix it. Fantastic prices and competitive product , this is a clear winner, unique and nothing like it right now from any other manufacturer. Followed up with amazing customer service from our Account Manager Nathan Murphy nothing was too much trouble and communicated clearly whilst installing and signing off a challenging days efforts by his hotspot Team , proof they were able to maintain their focus and turned the difficulties into a creatively successful install for our clients located at Sytner Tamworth Mini showroom.

So very helpfully , it was the first time I’ve replaced the filter so I wasn’t sure what to buy . The man I spoke to was very helpful and knew what he was talking about.

I did not find the literature easy reading and had a number of queries that did not seem to be touched on but my problems were all explained by Nathan Murphy in plain, plausible English. My questions were all received in good spirit
resulting in my learning beyond the area of the the question so I now feel competent to discuss the installation with the family and guests.

A fantastic product that is high quality and very safe to use. The customer service was fantastic, before and after purchase.

Amazing how simple excellent service can be. Had several moments of contact with Nick, as well by phone as by WhatsApp.

Had Some issues with my water tap and boiler. Nick stayed with me all the way until everything was solved.

Nick felt and showed responsibility for the issues and made me a very happy satisfied customer.

The filter arrived and it was simple to unscrew the old filter and replace it with the new filter. I had another issue with regard to hard water and this was resolved as soon as I contacted Hotspot. They are a great company, with a terrific product. Highly recommended.
