Easy to order. Delivered at agreed time. Perfect fit and easy to follow instructions. The acrylic splashbacks look amazing.

The pictured acrylic splashback I ordered is amazing. Absolutely beautiful.
Initial hiccup with confirmation order via email but after speaking to the company they were very good and regular updates received. Great service

We ordered a glass splashback for our new kitchen. Firstly we wanted a few samples which arrived very quickly and were only £1.00 each.
Easy to measure up following the online instructions.
Delivery took about 4 weeks due to it being bespoke.
Arrived very, very well packaged.
We also ordered a fixing kit and it was very straight forward to install.
Looks amazing!

Easy to order, reasonable turnaround time and although not cheap it seems like a good product

Perfect measurements. Looks great.
I would have appreciated clearer information at the start as to how long I had to wait for product.

great looking splash back customised with a humpback whale!

Very good product but poor customer service. I submitted drawings with the original order but after 3 weeks I had to contact the company to ask about delivery. They then asked me to submit drawings and lied about having emailed me to request these.

Genie Splashbacks have produced a fantastic acrylic hob splashback for us. It looks great and the Company actually responds to your email and any enquiries. The production of our bespoke request is brilliant and would certainly use the Company again.

Nice website, Speedy sample postage too.

The product is excellent but it took 6 weeks to come.

I was sent the wrong sample by mistake but the man on the phone couldn't have been more helpful when I called about it. I was told a replacement was on its way which I got the next again day.

Great service. We took our own template & design we wanted for our splashback. Genie sent us 3 possible designs to choose from & we got exactly what we asked for. The fit was perfect & it looks amazing now it’s installed

Delivery as planned, quality excellent and edge's finished perfectly.

Ordered samples and they took over 2 weeks to deliver. Emailed them to chase when delivery would be and it took them 10 days to reply to me.
Unfortunately won’t be making a large order with them.

requested samples. a couple of days later they fell though the door.
Unbelievably helpful. very competitive indeed. extremely professional.
look forward to making my order and receiving the finished panel.
