I received my hot tub cover about a week ago (12/19/2025) after ordering on 11/26/2025 (less than a month). It fit perfectly, is made extremely well, and it's better quality than the original hot tub cover that I am replacing. I tried other web sites, but their ordering process was confusing, and then you get to the end and the other companies wanted $200 for shipping. Hot Tub Cover Spot included the shipping and the total price was several hundred dollars less than going through a local dealer. It pays to shop around.

I placed my order with HTCS on 11/16 - the website was very easy to use. I immediately received notification that the order was being processed, with an estimated timeline. On 11/28 they let me know the cover had shipped and gave me tracking, along with explaining how LTL shippers operate. My new cover arrived 12/9 - It was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Each time I reached out with a question, Mike would respond quickly. I'm really happy with it.

I don't remember when I last replaced my cover. It came from these folks. It lasted a VERY long time in Wisconsin weather, so of course I finally am at point I needed to replace it. New cover arrived as expected, packed well, and exactly as I ordered. I expect this one will long lasting too!

I was leary about buying a cover online, but decided to ask for a quote just in case the price was excellent. It WAS. Then I went through the measurements, had conversations about radii, strap placement and "hinge area" with Mike. He was quick to reply and/or fix anything I had concerns about, then sent me a CAD showing what I was getting . Cover showed up within 2 weeks of placing the order and it was perfect!!! I was a bit afraid to order a hot tub cover on line, worried I might have mismeasured, unsure of the quality. Plus I needed it by a certain date because I was putting my house on the market. The contact for the company said they couldn’t promise delivery by my date which was understandable because I ordered it late. And he offered to cancel my order if I wanted because they couldn’t guarantee the arrival date. BUT it arrived a day before I requested and it fit perfectly and looks great! I worked with Mike Smith (customer support) in ordering my new hot tub cover. Mike was very thorough insuring that I had all of the correct dimensions for the cover. It was ready to ship within a week and shipping only took about 2 weeks. It arrived in great shape - no shipping damage. I installed the new cover today. It fit perfectly with my old lifting device. Installation was simple. It looks great and fits perfectly! Great service, free shipping, and a great looking product!

Honist & Straight Forward

As good as the OEM one it replaces. Actually better because the tapered top will definitely improve life as rain will now drain off rather than standing. This was the only site that had sufficient options to 'cover' all out needs: shape, size, insulation thickness, latches, color, etc. Replaces a Marquis branded cover.

Customer service was informative and cheerfully helpful. Cover arrived faster than expected, lloks great.
