The water tap was a good price and had the features we were looking for. However the communication from the company was not good. An email address which accompanied the order acknowledgement was invalid and an email sent to another address evinced no response. If these issues had been attended to then the rating would have been 5 stars. we do not as yet know how effective the tap will be as it is not yet installed.

We moved into a new home a month ago with a beautiful fitted kitchen with a hot water tap. The tap started to drip consistently - we have had a lot of stress since early September when older parents had serious health problems and my 96 mum in law moved in with us two weeks ago. When I found out details of the tap suppliers I contacted them direct to ask for help. Michelle was fantastic, her compassion and understanding was exemplary given my highly charged emotional state and inability to think clearly about explaining the situation. Michelle took time to identify the issues, consulted the engineers and to save us further stress it was agreed to send us a complete new tap rather than try the replacement valve.

The tap arrived Friday and has been installed today. Easy to follow instructions meant we were able to get a relative to help install. I would recommend hotwatertaps.com for high quality product and outstanding customer service. After sales subscription service for filter replacement was simple, good value for money and will enable best performance from our tap in the longer term.

Parcel was well packed and delivery was rapid after the order. Electrical work completed today, plumbing work to be done in a week’s time so excited to have it fitted and working.

Had initially delivery delays. But the company sorted that. However, just weeks after the product warranty ran out, the tap stopped working. It was out of warranty - nothing could be done. But it felt like the tap had a self destruct timer!!
This is a retrospective review of the product I purchased some time ago.

The hot water tap market is a minefield. The cost of this one seemed too good, however I read loads of reviews on different taps and decided to try this one because of the cost compared to yhe others on the market. Ordering was simple and the tap arrived within 48 hours. Extremeley well packaged and the couriers were great. It was very easy to install following the instructions provided and tfollowing the you tube video. It looks great and seems to be really good quality. I only installed it 1 day ago but so far it seems very good. Some reviews said it was noisy when the tank was heating up however, I have found that the noise level is very minimal. I would definately recomend these taps.

Love the tap - Quantum 4-in-one. Convenient hot water for tea, coffee and cooking. Great filter subscription service. Only problem is that we’re moving house and will have to see if we can have another one.

A great price and very quick delivery.

In 2020 I bought a 4 in 1 tap from this company, which has given sterling service. I have now (October 2025) upgraded to a 4 litre tank. On both occasions technical enquiries have been answered knowledgeably, ordering was easy, and delivery was next day. Lovely people to deal with and best prices.
