Simple to use website especially as associated accessories, in my case water filters, are shown at bottom of product page.

Ive only given 4 stars as the tap was delivered very quickly however the tap hasn't been plumbed in so the truth is in the pudding, if its as good as advertised it should be a 5 star product.

Bought to replace another make of boiling water tap that had started to leak. Excellent quality and so easy to install.

I'm completely underwhelmed by the product. The hot water comes only out as a trickle and reaches hardly ever 98degrees. Most of the time it's around 96degrees. The faucet for the 'boiling' water is most awful to handle. The water from the 'boiling' outlet has some kind of milky hue to it (without it it's crystal clear), I guess it's due to the filtering. On the positive side: tea made using it tastes better, around here the water is very hard, so the filtering seems to make a difference. Delivery was right on time and installation was easy.
After all it comes to the money you pay: less than £300 or around £1500

Nice people to do business with, truly customer focussed

Met the company at a home and renovation show and they were nice. Got me into buying the hot water boiler and the tap. Waited some weeks for the delivery apparently because they sold so may units at the show they couldn’t cope with the demand. Ok but the communication was poor, appalling rather. After pointing this out in one of my many emails I received a snotty response. After the units have finally arrived there was an issue with the tap mixer (was sent a replacement and a different, better designed version) and couple of months later an error started to show on the boiler and was told to lower the boiling temperature. After that another error was showing and I was told to reset the boiler. It didn’t do anything and eventually few months later the boiler was cutting out at low temperatures, needing to reset it 3/4 times just to get one boiled tank.
I emailed the company and got sent a replacement tank. Much smaller than the original but ok.
I had an issue during installation so I rang the company but no answer. I emailed but no response. Rang again and again and eventually a man picked up the phone and managed to get some support. Long story short (lots of calls and emails later), during the installation a connecting part that was fixed on the tank was too loose and it actually fell into the tank.
Allegedly, nobody has ever seen this issue before and even the company director got involved, I was told. Another unit was sent and was also defective in the same way but I managed to secure it and install it safely. I guess after 3 installations I earn the competence... I’m still not 100% sure it’ll last but let’s see. After that, no contact from the company at all. They didn’t even collect the first faulty boilers so clearly didn’t care about investigating them.
The product is great as a concept but there are flaws that the company doesn’t want to deal with and customer service is substandard.

Filter replacement for 4 in 1 tap, our 6 monthly renewal filters went missing in the post so we never received them. A quick telephone call to hot water taps.com and explaining the missing filters was soon rectified with a fast response and new filters being sent out. Good company , highly recommended.

We have still not received the tap, this has been a week since the order was placed. Your website says 2 day delivery time. As you can see there is a discrepancy!

Talked on the phone , answered all my questions, delivered in a few days .
