After enduring 5 years of management, Housemanage concluded their 'management' of my property by outright refusing to pay for the final repairs, failing to deliver the 'fully managed' service they were contracted for. It’s shocking how rapidly some businesses devolve into unscrupulous operations as they expand. Housemanage is a textbook example of greed-driven incompetence at its finest. I would not recommend this service.

House manage has done exactly what I would expected of them! From the moment I was in contact with them it has been an absolute breeze with communicating my circumstances and to get the results I had hoped for in my ever so busy lifestyle, with an extensive portfolio and successes of various property matters it was evident to me that they was the company I was willing to hand over my properties to. Brilliant customer service in terms of any issues I have put forward about my properties whether it be via call or email, I have always been assured that the right thing is being done with reports of what is taking place with my concerns and the best option for me moving forward even if it might not be what I would of initially had in my mind. Just an all round great company that are currently managing the two properties that I was struggling to find the time to get up to scratch with the maintenence of them etc. And also to get on them on market in order to be rented. The properties had been sitting there for way too long not occupied, also the standard of them was not rent worthy at the time so I am more than delighted that I came across house manage when I did.

Housemanage exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and comfortable at a great location and we had everything we needed for lovely stay. Thank you for the help with the additional nights. We would highly recommend housemanage to all friends and family and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Can’t fault them. The whole process took about 5 days to get set up. They’ve taken over my property in south London managing Airbnb and short let’s. It’s achieving more than just renting it out and I’ve been looking at the reviews and these guys are doing a great job…also handy that they came in and fixed up the property and offered their interior design skills. I was on the fence in the beginning but was a the best choice I could have made.

Good company managing my property for 2 years now a never a late or missed Payment. staff very friendly and they managed to work around some of my very specific requests when I first signed up to them.

Quarterly reports are great and my house is being looked after very well.

Had a great stay at this property in Norbury. 3 bedrooms with a lovely kitchen and spacious living room. Housemanage were very professional and easy to reach and sort things out if anything was needed. Very close to shops, bus, train etc. I felt very safe and loved the idea of the code on the door as no need to bring keys. Good value for money I would definitely stay here again.

House Manage have been managing my property fo 2 years now, even through the pandemic rent was paid on time. This means they purposely organised for tenants the were worthy of sticking to their agreement.

Trying to manage my five properties by myself had become increasingly difficult and time consuming as I have a demanding job and other commitments. After speaking with the team at HouseManage regarding my options I decided to go with the guaranteed rent and it is the best decision I could have made.
HouseManage take care of absolutely everything. I have my rent coming in every month without having to worry about voids, issues with tenants or maintenance problems.
Going with the guaranteed rent has taken away so much stress and I am able to focus on the things I need to while having the peace of mind that anything relating to the properties is being taken care of.

House manage are fantastic – they really take away the stress and pressure of being a landlord. My wife and I have had a terrible landlord experiences renting our property in Wandsworth along trinity road. Constant rent arrears with the tenants and many maintenance issues. We were reluctant to do any repairs as they were not paying rent, but ultimately it is our property and we did not want it to deteriorate. So, was force to proceed with the works.

Duwayne at House Manage was great, on first meeting he explained how guaranteed rent worked, I feel they gave us a very good price and also finally managed to evict our troubled tenants.

I can not rate their service highly enough! this was our first property and we are in the midst of purchasing another in Balham which will be acquiring the service from House Manage from the start.
