Order as specified and very quick response time
We got the order and it's as specified.
The only problem is that we got it in 2 different packages on different days and we weren't informed in advanced so we were a bit worried initially when the first package arrived with only one part of the order.
But (!!) The response from the store was amazingly fast and helpful so we have to give them all the credit.
It is appreciated.
We will order from the store again

Fantastic Company & Fantastic Lamps.
What a great company. I stumbled across them and pleased I did.
The quality of the lamps are fantastic. Superbly packaged. Arrived quickly and informed/updated with every step of the order process.

Great lighting and great service. Lights arrived speedily and so did a replacement globe that got broken somehow. My lights light their spaces beautifully and help light up my life too because they look so good and give pleasure each time I walk into their spaces and see them lit or unlit. My sister in Scotland jumped at the sale lights information I sent her and got her perfect dining room light too.

Serious business!
Bought and returned a lamp due to the style not suiting our home. Kind and helpful customer service (Pamela, shout out to you!), especially since I was worried my package had been lost during the return process. Would buy again.

Parcelforce didn’t even ring my bell I was home, no redelivery option, missed the chance to get it fitted by my handyman, now it’s waiting to be collected and no redelivery option.
