I attended an appointment with my partner today and couldn’t not thank house of health more! She has been ignored by her GP for years whilst asking for help so many times. One consultation with Dr Anita Raja and she has felt seen heard and listened to. We have made a plan to manage her health long term and also back up plans if that one don’t work. She has follow ups and treatments booked within a week and finally it feels like a light at the end of the tunnel! Highly recommend anyone needing help to come here, it really proves you cannot put a price on health and if there is a healthcare provider in the midlands that you can trust to listen to you, be upfront and honest it is certainly house of health!!!

I had an appointment at this clinic today and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and listened to.

I had my appointment with Dr Anita Raja. She took the time to really hear my concerns, showed genuine understanding, and explained everything clearly. For the first time in years, I felt that the issues I’ve been trying to resolve through the NHS were properly acknowledged and investigated not just brushed to the side.
I left the appointment feeling validated, understood and most importantly hopeful that I am finally getting the help and answers I need. The level of care professionalism, and compassion was outstanding.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thorough patient centred care.

Two weeks ago I had my first iron infusion here and I can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I had been struggling with exhaustion for such a long time that I almost forgot what “normal” energy felt like.

Within the last two weeks I’ve noticed such a difference. I feel less drained, less foggy, more awake, and overall just more like myself again. It hasn’t been some fake overnight miracle, but there has been a very real steady improvement that I’m incredibly grateful for.

I was honestly nervous beforehand because it was my first ever infusion, but the consultant and nurses were amazing. They were warm, calm, knowledgeable and reassuring without being dismissive. You can tell immediately when healthcare professionals actually care about how a patient feels, not just the procedure itself, and that was very obvious here.

The whole treatment felt safe, well explained and surprisingly comfortable. Thank you for offering a service that genuinely improves people’s quality of life. As someone who had been iron deficient for years, I can honestly say this treatment has made a noticeable difference already.

Came for a health check up, blood test and NAD drip, staff were very professional and looked after me, we went through the test results and was given recommendations on where I can work on things. I will definitely be coming back!
