Both my wife and myself visited House of Hearing - my wife , to check on hearing aid supplied previously and myself for earwax removal. Very professional help, treatment and explanation of events. Having been customers of H 0f H for several years, have no hesitation recommending them for first class service and attention.

We have paid £3500 towards hearing aids that haven’t worked well so we have sent them bacj to be repaired and now they won’t return them until we have paid in full which we cant affird as was paying in installments and my husband has no hearing aids and we have wasted all our savings. Terrible customer service and this company has promised an excellent service but havent delivered - i would say avoid and go nhs - better quality

My 87 year old mother’s NHS hearing aid tubing broke and although this is a private ENT clinic in Morpeth, they were so helpful by providing much needed replacement tubing, where other places did not help at all. Many thanks indeed, you saved the day! Very caring and friendly service.

After a horrible experience at a pharmacy in December to have wax removed, I have finally got hearing again. The experience was amazing, procedure carried out by Debbie and I will continue to go through House of Hearing in Hamilton from now on. Thank you Debbie.

They work with the highest quality equipment and their hearing aids I believe are making the best possible of my deteriorating hearing. They are not cheap but I am on my second pair and I think they are worth it. After sales service is absolutely excellent, they can't do enough.

Following a breakdown of an aid, which was me that was at fault, Igot an emergency appointment easily and quickly. The Audiologist picked up the fault quickly and repaired tha hearing aid within minutes. Vry pleased with the experience.

The audiologist was fantastic in every way. From entrance to surgery until I left. Every detail was explained regarding my hearing. And the installation of my ear lobes finalized it all. Yip very pleased at profession of the ausioligist

I can not thank this company enough for how they have changed my daily life. After suffering with very poor hearing aids for many years, I finally decided to speak to Gemma, the audiologist about my hearing problems. Everything was explained so clearly including the after care package and I felt completely safe and confident in her ability to help me. Staff at the House of Hearing are outstanding and very welcoming. I went to their Edinburgh branch for ear wax removal (by Sarah) and a hearing check (by Stuart) and cannot praise them enough for their patience, care and professionalism. The reception area and premises as a whole,are excellent

A very professional and thorough service from Sarah and Stuart. Took time to explain matters. Stuart highlighted the issue of hearing damage for amateur musicians and the need to wear ear protection. Would highly recommend them.

Dropped in to Hanley branch without an appointment to ask for help with my hearing problem which had got worse over the weekend. Fantastic staff did a consultation straight away followed by treatment of the problem, I couldn't be more impressed with the service and I'm very grateful for the result.

I visited Hearing Matters in Ashton after being referred to SpecSavers by my GP for Hearing Aids. Spec Savers issued me with NHS Hearing Aids, which I found bulky and lacking in more modern technology.
Hearing Matters were fairly local to me, and offered a free hearing test and consultation, and so I paid a visit to Gemma, who was extremely helpful in explaining my hearing difficulties, offered me some free advice on things I could buy on Amazon and try at home, and even let me demo a few different sets of hearing aids at home for week with no obligation to buy, or hard sell.
I've been back to visit Gemma many times now, and whilst my decision was that none of the hearing aids were for me at this time, the Customer Service was absolutely amazing, and if I ever need anything at all relating to my hearing, this is the first place that I'll be running back to.
