Howards Motor Group - Howards Hyundai Yeovil Avaliações 

I bought a Hyundai Kona that was still under warranty from a different dealer. The app that connects the car to the internet was still linked to the previous owner. Hyundai told me to take it to my main dealer to sort the problem. I have made 5 trips to the garage to leave my car for them to sort. To start with they were very helpful. The last time they said they had left a priority request with Hyundai as they believe there is a hardware fault. This was over a month ago. I have emailed them and rung them on numerous occasions. The receptionist says someone will get back to me but they never do. Emails are just ignored. Hyundai replied this week saying you need to do a software update months after telling me to go to the main dealer. To be honest I don't leave reviews but this is getting past a joke. I will say the receptionists are always polite as was the engineer I spoke to but I just feel they don't know what to do so they stick their heads in the sand and hope it will go away.

Was buying a car at this garadge and Leo was very helpful and goes beyond to make the experience of buying my car super straight forward. He was there to help and provide guidance through the whole experience and is a great individual. :)

The team were incredibly helpful on every level; particularly Ben and Julia. They ensured I wasn't inconvenienced at all. The technicians did a very good thorough job too.

It was Excellent, Howards MG Yeovil's service department did their best to resolve my problem.

I have bought 2 cars from howards in yeovil and my mum has bought 1. We have both had good experiences. I tend to use the same sales man Thomas to buy through as am most comfortable with him. He is polite, informative and good at his job there is no hard sales.

Ian from Yeovil Branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and the whole process and experience was excellent.

Today I picked up my new Peugeot 2008 from Howards Peugeot in Yeovil.
The car was waiting for me inside the showroom which meant it looked great and meant I could have good look at it out of the rain!
Jay took care of all the paperwork without fuss and went through the car controls as required (I’ve had Peugeots before).
All in all, they looked after me very well and I’m delighted with the car.
